I've been noticing I can do most difficult focus things immediately
after waking. Walk straight to computer after peeing and start editing whatever (music , video etc.) I don't currently work for others.
After a while I start to get hungry and take a break, but knowing your own strengths and cycle is good. I much prefer for myself exercise when my mind is tired in afternoon.
