Game is kind of similar to fitness in this regard. I think everyone who has tried following a solid routine has developed doubts over his routine bringing 'optimal' results, thinking whether they should change it after only two weeks on the program. In its essence it's really simple, just eat more than you spend and get stronger at compound movements.
Game is pretty much the same - focus on approaching girls and you will start to notice patterns that help you achieve the goal of bedding them, that's the 'compound exercise' of game. No matter how many threads you read or different thoughts you think, it won't help your practical abilities as much as just going out and doing it.
