Interesting. I am in a similar situation. Condoms are real boner killers and I can barely keep it hard with one. At the same time it makes me anxious, nobody wants to get soft. Are you circumsised btw?

Condom and more than 10secs without stimulation kill my boner. Going raw is completely fine. I've even tried those custom fit condoms but they dont seem to help much.

How is your porn consumption? One of the common signs of porn problems is that you can get an erection but it goes limp quickly while putting on a condom / banging with a condom on. This occurs because you're not too desensitized to get a full erection and have sex, but the slight "penalty" from wearing a condom (plus nervousness about putting it on) is the killer that overwhelms your erection.

Not saying you have a porn problem, of course, but I had to ask. I had that kind of problem a long time ago.

Hmm, yeah porn consumption might be the problem. I've been watching porn+masturbating for a long time and probably it has an effect. There are some resources like nofap thread here, reddit nofap group and several websites you could checkout.

I've went on nofap for 45 days but broke on vacation because of the damn wet dreams happening asleep on flights or at the airport. Quit porn (forever) and probably masturbation for 3-6 months and see if it helps.

Been there before. Here's a practical recommendation.

1. Use some cialis (or generic cialis). You WILL be hard, condom or no condom.

Just to get by for now. Then you can switch to raw once she's on the pill.

I'd caution against Viagra, it's too hard on the body (racing heart, flushing, rashes, etc.) Cialis is pretty gentle.

2. Ditch the Trojan Magnums, they're too thick. Try Durex Comfort (make sure they're the 56mm ones). These condoms feel a lot better than Trojan Magnums.

I tried poliuretane condoms and seem to work quite fine for me. You do loose sensitivity but not on the extreme, they lack the smell of latex (a real killer for me) and by the nature of the material they transmit heat more efficiently. On the downside, they don't conform that well to your form, are "harder" to roll on since they are plastic instead of latex!, and are more difficult to find on stores.

Zico thermaxx has worked quite good for me.

What I do is, ride her for a while with the condom on, then put her in doggy position, pull the tip of the condom sideways before I put my dick back in, then I can break it whenever I want with a hard thrust in doggy, and nut on her ass crack or back when I'm ready. I've tried literally every variety of condoms and nothing compares to Crown. They are the absolute 100% best condom on the market. Durex extra sensitive is the best you can buy in stores but Crown blows Durex out of the water.

Here was my beginner kegel programme. Do it for 2 weeks or until it starts to become to easy then just add variations. Make sure you are not tensing your abs or thighs, this is wrong.
