Westcoast left a comment on another thread that is better to address here.

I don't want anyone to think The Del Mar Racetrack is an "older guy" thing.

I have been going since I was a kid.

Gen Pop is full of 21-25 year old girls. In two's, three's and bigger groups. Southern California's finest.

I mentioned before also there is a free concert on Friday after the track. Ziggy Marley, Steele Pulse and Jimmy Cliff are all performing for free.

I posted the concert schedule earlier.

At the concerts there are tons of 18 + girls partying and smoking weed. It goes off. This is definitely younger guy turf.

I don't even bother with it anymore, but a younger cat can do very well for himself.

Hell, if you are over 18, I recommend going. Sh*t, 14 years old.

If anyone has anymore questions, email me.

Like I said at the beginning of the thread, if The G Manifesto has a spiritual homeground, The Del Mar Racetrack might be my Mecca.

The Del Mar Racetrack has had a huge impact on making me the Man I am today.

Have fun at the track if you go. It really is a unique and special place that has to be experienced to be believed.

Enjoy your summers boys.

Friday night concert with 18 crowd? My finger is hovering over the purchase button already.

To stay on topic i'll address my last concern, where would you lodge up for logistics since del mar/ la jolla/ LA is substantially harder to say "hey lets get in a cab and go 30 mins away to bang..."

That looks dope, would love to attend it in the future. Actually car racing events are babe magnets. I was attending the Toronto Indy race 2 weeks ago and it was raining babes everywhere. I couldn't believe it.

Btw, G, make sure after the race, you bust a full data sheet with specific tips on names of places to go for most fun/bang and also add in some pics of the talent running around that you yourself have taken as it would give a better idea than looking at pics from papers and stuff. Would be cool man.[Image: smile.gif]

Anyone ever been to the F1 in Montreal? must be pretty awesome there as well.

I been down there before and the chics definitely show, but I take it you have to be in the vip area to see the type of talent above. I can totally see this being a good manifesto suited type of event.

Also, what about logistics? The track is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Not sure how you'd get an instabang. Especially if commuting in from LA.

There are mass places to swoop, look:

Take a look at that picture. See the street just north of the racetrack? That's Del Mar Downs. Technically the border between DM and Solana Beach. Just off DMD are tons of little condos. Some nice, some shitholes. I lived in one for a year as a young buck.

Many owners will rent these out for a week or two during race season. If you can get on them, it's a decent home base that can be cheaper than a hotel (although you'll have to create your own afterparty). Kind of like the beachfront/boardwalk spots in Mission Beach.

I've never been but my aunt used to work at the track. My fathers side of the family has spent a lot of time here. My great grandfather used to raise race horses. I'm guessing his horses probably raced here often if it was around back in those days.

You don't get into elite social circles by acting like a star-struck fucking geek.

As I've said many times, maybe G is a social experiment, a guy who lies.

I doubt it.

Why?

Because my own life involves shit you guys would call me out on. You would hate.

So if my life is so "outrageous" and I don't even try, then it's easy for me to believe that G is doing what he's doing.

In fact, any guy who hates on G is to me immediately suspect.

Why is his lifestyle so hard to believe?

If you find it hard to believe, it's because you're bush league.

Mingling with Elites is not rocket science. Treat them on EVEN keel and dont go ga-ga on them and they'll connect.

I've cold and warm connected with several elites now and then.

Sometimes getting into some venues can be tight but talking to them is not - if you get a chance.

The point of modern propaganda isn't only to misinform or push an agenda. It is to exhaust your critical thinking, to annihilate truth.

I got invited to the Turf Club at the end of July via my alumni association. I am still debating whether I shud go or not. I think I have to shell out a 100 buxs (lunch is included).

I am leaning towards not going. Not really wanting to see my old classmates or what not.

Edit- Ziggy Marley show would be sick though.

Take the Amtrak from Union Station in LA to Solana Beach station. About $30 (just checked for you, although I thought it was cheaper). It's a 2 hour and change trip.

You are now 2 miles from the Track.

There is a free red double decker bus that will take you to the gates.

Or you can grab a cab.

If it is Opening Day, it will be kind of mayhem, so be prepared.

If it was me, I would line up a ride from the station to the track (if you are going that way).

Trust me, it will be mayhem. Give yourself plenty of time to get there.

Cabs will be really fickle (ie taken). You don't want to walk to the track 2 miles Custom Suited.

Good advice. My buddy who I'm going with will pick me up there since he's in SD. He does everything in style and big cash, so maybe he'll have a driver as well, will know in a few.

Now to brush up on your data sheets on Del Mar...

Are you planning on attending?

For rooms/hotels, there are a few cheaper but nice hotels on the beach in Del Mar and Encinitas, and some higher end boutique hotels in Del Mar. La Costa Resort nearby would probably be tops on my list for taking back poon or a hotel party, but you would have to get a cabana room or something more private. The golf there is good too. Really though, if you can AirBnB a nice beach house in Solana or Encintas, that would be sick as hell. I would imagine everything is booked up, but worth a shot.

If it was me, I'd be down the night before and line up something from where I was staying early on race day - ideally from north of the track. For what it's worth, Solana Beach Amtrak is north of the track.

If you come from the south, here's the reality. There are only two roads going through Del Mar: CDM and The Jimmy. Those merge/split in the northern end of DM to/from one road. Guess how packed that is on race days? Think "405 from 10 to LAX during rush hour, while there's a multi-car crash at Venice and another shooting at the El Al counter" traffic.

The AirBnB suggestion is great. Look for something just north of Via De La Valle - the road I mistakenly referred to as "Del Mar Downs" in my post above. DMD intersects VDLV, and is one of the roads I'd look on for a short term rental. Anything in that Via De La Valle - Lomas Santa Fe - Hwy 101 - Valley/Stevens Ave quadrant is residential, probably cheap, and you can take the back roads in to Via De La Valle, after which walking a few hundred feet will get you to the track if the mayhem prevents driving up to the entrance.

Mcqueen, not going.

I am about as far away from Del Mar as possible in North America right now.

But would love to get an update.

----

Lurker is on point on the Airbnb route.

This is the place to stay for sure during the season: http://www.laubergedelmar.com/

Should be the best place to after party after the Track.

My crew and I had that place on lock before the remodel.

They say a woman is never more stunning than when walking down the aisle in her wedding gown. Apparently “they” have never graced the Del Mar Turf Club, paddock or grandstands.

Patch Williams, a local who has been coming to Del Mar for nearly two decades, cited the “female dress code” as the highlight of the day. But he did not say this in a way that made you want to take a shower; he said it with the reverence of a poet describing a sunset.

Granted, not all of the beauty was as natural as the coastal views from the fairgrounds. But the dresses? The wide-brimmed hats? Show me a man who says he watched nothing but racing and I’ll show you the most chaotic polygraph in history.

Did anyone go to opening? I'm curious to hear a report. I haven't been to Del Mar in years now.
Reply

The Best of Southern California: The Del Mar Racetrack

First off, DAMN you Coffee Bean WiFi for refreshing my page without me asking after I typed up a fucking longass report. May you rot in hell.

Moving on...

Del Mar was everything that G has said and then some. Never have I seen such a staggering amount of hot girls in one event, even more than a fashion show.

I wound up driving to Del Mar and brought my main girl to meet with some business associates of mine. Now I know you're asking 'Why the fuck would you bring a girl?'. Good question.

First off, she's a perfect event companion, sexy, pretty, has poise, class and grace, and keeps her mouth shut. Also, since I was meeting with business associates I didn't want to be too distracted with chasing ass all day when I had business to discuss.

Lastly, I wanted to get a feel for the spot, which I did, so when I return next Friday, I'll be ready to slay pussy like a great Dragon Slayer of nor.

Location[size=large]

Stunning. The actual track and clubhouses transports you back in time to a better era when men drank vodka, smoked cigs and women looked like ladies. It's pretty damn cool. It took me only 1.5 hours to get there from LA. Granted I drive like Steve McQueen in Bullitt, but I left around 9a and got there around 10:40a.

GManifesto, you were correct, GET THERE EARLY for Opening Day. By Noon it was a complete fucking madhouse. To be honest, I would have felt overwhelmed if my associates didn't have it on such lock.

Expenses

If you are a cheap fuck then don't even go to Del Mar. Can you go on the cheap? Yes. Will you have fun? I highly fucking doubt it. Think spending like Mike Tyson BEFORE he lost the tigers and turned to pigeons. Seriously though, here's what I spent from roughly 11am-6pm'sh. 7 Hours.

Valet: $40.00
If you want to park 50 miles away in a dirt lot and only spend $10 then be my guest. I'll watch you with binoculars from the Clubhouse 2nd level while sipping on vodka-tonic and having a drag. You'll fuck up your shoes and you'll be sweating a river by the time you get to the main gate.

Food: $160
I can't remember for the life of me the name of the restaurant on the second level veranda with that umbrella tables, but those of you who know the spot know what I'm talking about. It's not fancy, but surprisingly the food was solid.

I started off with Shrimp Cocktail. Now they delivered this on a black plastic plate on a piece of lettuce and tarter sauce in a cup so don't expect a silver platter with a fancy shrimp cocktail cup.

One of the girls with us commented in a negative manner regarding the presentation until I quipped back with, "Are you paying for this meal? No? Ok then doll enjoy and think about the kids in Africa starving right now. Pass me that bottle of Dom." I have a rare gift of being a dick while also well, being a dick.

We ordered one Bottle of Dom which I didn't pay for, my business associates did (I believe it was $300 for the bottle), but for some shrimp cocktail, a few drinks and some pizzas which were decent, between me and my main girl I dropped $100 including tip. Not bad I don't think.

The other $60 was for snack type food from the concessions etc.

Drinks: $200 est.
If you like to drink and don't want to spend $, then bring a flask. They don't search you when you come in so you'll be fine.

Betting: $100
I gave $100 for my main to play with on the horses and I personally didn't bet at all. She lost it all, but it was close, no fault of hers. I wanted to observe and focus on all the ass and my biz associates while she was focused on learning how to bet. She was distracted and I hid my lustful eyes behind solid black Ray Bans.

Total Spent est: $500

Was it worth it? Every fucking penny. If you're going solo or with a buddy, which I will next time, then you'll probably spend less, unless you're buying girls drink after drink.

Girls

Now for the important part: the girls. Good Lordy there's such an incredible amount of ass here it's almost overwhelming. From my estimates around 98% were white American girls. Think Blue eyes, Blonde hair, white skin. Not my favorite per se, I prefer Spanish and exotic girls, however when they're this hot, then I'm down for the whiteness.

I saw multiple pairs of girls, so that is key. Of course, there were groups but I saw a lot of pairs of girls. The other thing I noticed was that there are definitely MORE girls than guys. And the guys with visible game was definitely lacking. A player, suited up and with a decent bankroll could tear it up which is what I plan on doing in a week when I return. The money guys obviously had badass girls with them, but I still got Fuck Me eyes from a few of them so they're open to being gamed.

Interestingly enough, the better the seats or season ticket holder boxes, the higher the level of girl. We had a box pretty close to the finish line so it was golden.

Logistics

I wasn't focused on pulling, just observing and getting a feel for the spot, however the #1 issue I could see with Del Mar is NOT having a GREAT exit plan. Next time I plan on renting a driver and booking a hotel room. Otherwise a DUI is bound to happen and it's key with how it's set up to be able to get a girl on the road asap and to a room before her hamster goes nuts.

Some of you guys provided lodging info which is great. Good looking out. Will definitely be utilizing it.

All in al- holy fuck a straight 9 tall model looking blonde just walked into Coffee Bean. BRB
