Colombian's come off like that, but to me they are smarter and more worldly. They may have fun with you, but everyone knows what it is, and its A LOT of fun. For me Margaritas was pretty safe, I was in a city called Lecherias one of the safest places I`ve been to. This is a small town betwen Barcelona and Puerto la Cruz where rich people live, they have yatches, miami like canals, and a lot of expensive cars ( if you never been to Venezuela I`ll explain to you, most venezuelan have GTA San Andreas like cars from the 80s)
