Princeton, the University of Chicago and Berkeley have some of the least dateable alums in America, according to a new survey.

The Dating Ring, a personal online matchmaking service, collected 7,500 date feedback reports from 1,600 people during an 18-month period to see which college alumni served as the most enjoyable dates.

Based on the per cent of people who said that they would say yes to second date, dateability scores ranged from the least dateable (17per cent for Massachusetts' Babson College) to the most dateable (81per cent for New York's Colgate University).

'[Colgate students] take work really seriously but also like to have a good time and I think that’s a good balance when you’re dating somebody,' said Jackie Kreisberg, from Lehigh University.

Meanwhile Sarah Sukumaran, a Babson College graduate blamed the focus on her career for her 'undateability'.

'Post-grad, I think a lot of us do struggle to date, because we’re so focused on our careers,' she admitted, adding: 'We spend like, 8am to 8pm at our jobs and by the time the day is done, we don’t want to go out.'

As for the University of Chicago, one anonymous post-grad confessed that being rated the second least dateable college was 'surprising' - because he expected it to be rated 'number one'.

'University of Chicago kids are weird. Sometimes that makes for electric connections that end in marriage. Most other times - a dating pool saturated by jargonnaut [sic] conversations about nothing.'

The survey is not truly representative of the entire country, however. Eighty one percent of those surveyed between March 2013 and September 2014 live in New York City while the other 19 per cent live in San Francisco.

Coined the 'anti-Tinder', The Dating Ring debuted its app in New York earlier this week, where the company originally started a year and a half ago, and in San Francisco, where it expanded to last spring.

The app connects to each user’s Facebook profile in order to provide photos, and will incorporate answers given on the questionnaires.

Dating Ring matchmakers then look at at the matches generated through the app and approve each one before contacting the user about the match.

Once users indicate they are interested in a potential match, the matchmaker will connect the pair to a private messaging system where they can chat with each other.

'We’re kind of like the anti-Tinder. We want people to actually learn more about a person. You really have nothing to go on based only on photos. We understand that photos and looks are a part of the dating process, but there is so much more that goes into compatibility,' Dating Ring executive matchmaker Courteney Kay told SF Weekly.

Or the fact that almost anyone I've ever met from Babson has been awkward, boring or both. I have one friend from Babson who is nice but he doesn't exactly swim in the vag sea.

Ivy Leagues bitches are often insufferable because they are under the mistaken impression that their academic credentials make them more desirable.

Interesting, out of the 10 from the Least dateable list I have banged girls from 4 of those colleges (Penn, UCB, BU, Princeton) when I visited the US back in 2012.
