SamB's Weightlifting and Weightloss Progress Thread - Kona - 08-01-2017

Just weighed myself. 209 pounds eleven ounces.

That's nine pounds in eighteen days I lost.

I'm on two scoops rice total all day, and added the treadmill after dinner, then no food till breakfast, to my regular schedule.

I see three changes. 1) ive been sleeping like a baby 2) i feel like my skin is shinier and more luxurious 3) i put on some snazzy shoes earlier, and they were looser than normal. And I hate socks, so I guess I gotta get new shoes.

Well here's some bad news.

Yesterday I was required to go out drinking with some folks. I missed my evening treadmill, and had a full meal after 7 pm. Didn't get to bed until about three am. Missed morning workout entirely.

Just weighed in at 211 even. That a pound and a half. Not good.

It's 1:45 and I'm just now finishing my day's work, which has been distressingly common lately, but I have been keeping up the workouts and do have notes. I'll post them tomorrow.

I'm back on the horse. 210 and 1 ounce. I'm like Polynesian Forrest gump on the treadmill.

My leg press is so much less painful.

The weight I'm lifting is way up. I'm curling like a kid again.

Down 6 lbs hell yeah! Good job Kona.

The tricky part now will to keep the weight down. Maintaining is a whole other task all in itself, especially if you fluctuate weight easily. Going up or down 3-5 lbs is pretty normal though throughout a typical day of food in-food out.

Well today is the 19th and I broke 200. I'm between 198/199. I'm happy I beat my goal time, but unfortunately I have to go out tonight, so I'll probably be teetering.
