Is there some secret to wearing slim jeans?
I need some advice on this part.

Any jeans that tailor enough that they aren't really far over my shoes are too tight in the waist or something.
They'll eventually cause my underwear and balls to bunch and twist up. It's always uncomfortable after a while being out.

I'm currently in Korea, where dudes wear tight pants all day...I notice a lot of them also have no leg muscles.

I wonder if the small balls thing is a simple truth that allows people to wear skin jeans.

I am also tall, slim but have big muscular thighs built up from sprinter, rugby , lifting background.
Damn near tree trunks.

I incorporate a lot of different styles into my wardrobe, but jeans have always been a problem for me.

Look for 'Tapered Fit' skinny jeans. They have a little extra room in the thighs, and tapers from lower thigh to the leg opening.

I have the same issue as you. Now what I'll do is I know Levi's has an athletic cut of jeans that are loose in the thighs and taper slightly towards the bottom. I forget what number they are.

If it needs to be looser in the thighs then you can shoot for the relaxed fit Levis and get them tapered in at the bottom.

It's tougher and tougher to find jeans that fit like this though due to the popularity of skinny jeans and slim cut jeans.

I think some more of the classic-fitting straight leg selvedge jeans could be what you are looking for.

They generally have more room in the thigh and knee area.
