I was just wondering whats a good calories burned target for a workout.
Specifically if I am only doing exercise bikes/stairmaster
I have a personal trainer that I do my lifting with, this is pure cardio
5'11 170lb with gut, always around the 160-170 range for past 10 years

No easy answer. 10min hiit may be more effective e then 40min steady state.
