Bone Broth - Cr33pin - 08-13-2018

I've just been taking a few drinks out of these every day. It gets expensive though....
Its like $16 for two of these

Are they good? 10 days ago I ordered 8 of them and a few days later they told me they are out of stock and I need to wait 6 weeks til they get them [Image: smile.gif], still willing to try this brand as it’s made with grass fed beef and has good reviews...but expensive indeed.

Would I get a lot of the health benefits if I bought Tonktosu stock from my local ramen place and froze it?

I've been wondering about this and any alternatives to home made ramen or other bone broth.

Seems like a better alternative to purchase pre-made bone broth as a friend of mine tried to make her own home made ramen.
The entire apartment smelled like pork for days.

It taste great... its easy to make a tasty soup/chilli with. Mostly I just take a few drinks form the carton.

I got a girl coming over tomorrow night. I intend to give her my bone broth.

Hope she doesn't find it too salty for her taste.

I might also cook up some soup for her.

I cook rice in broth instead of water. Tastes great. Give it a try.

Is beef gelatin as good as broth? I've recently been using gelatin and raw eggs instead of whey for protein shakes.
