I'm 31 and interested in experimenting with age manipulation online. What's the consensus on having two profiles with different ages in order to maximize results with the age demographics you're interested in.

For example in my case I could have one 31 y/o profile and one 25/26 y/o

I have two profiles, one of 30 years and one of 25 years. Both profiles are never posted to the same city at the same time

I tend to move both profiles around and in alternation between my city and/or cities close by.

Is 26 it 27 preferable?

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - BronzedAussie - 02-11-2019

For guys aged 45+ when gaming young women <25 and you honestly tell them your age, do they ever have a markedly positive or adverse reaction?

There is interesting psychological research about numbers. Research shows that people generally prefer even numbers, but are more intrigued and excited by odd numbers. I would choose 27 over 26 as my age on Tinder because you want to attract attention.

Markedly positive sometimes, they find it hilarious to date an old guy (assuming they have seen me in person first). Never markedly adverse.

People online generally set upper age limits like this: 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50. So pick the upper limit you think will work best and subtract 0-3 years for your stated age. Done.

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Roath Park - 02-11-2019

I'm 34 and have previously used multiple tinder accounts (different facebook account for each one but tied to same mobile number);

23 with age limit set 18-23, 28 with age limit set to 24-28 and 33 with age limit set to 29-33.

This way you don't get any cross over issues unless a girl has a birthday while swiping and she picks up more than one of your age limits, or two friends that compare matches fall into more than one of your age limits.

Obviously for the younger age limit, I'm going to struggle to look 10 years younger so I pull the older guy/sugar daddy approach to positive effect.

The ages of my last Tinder bangs are: 22, 23, 20, 20, & 20. I get probably 3 out of 4 of every new lay from Seeking, if not then it's Tinder using 23/18-23 profile . I don't have a lot of free time so maximise it by banging women 10 years younger than me. Also, given I'm in an LTR, going for women who are 10 years younger drastically reduces the risk of someone who knows me or my SO spotting me as we tend to socialise with people of similar age.

Couldn't lying be potential for sexual assault? Ie in countries where minors can consent to sex right it's more of a grey zone legally I'd wager. Just don't want to get into shit haha

There's definitely a feeling I get sometimes though that if I had lied about age I could've got the bang.

I tried roosh's thing where he just would not say his age but they just end up harassing me the whole time for age and then buckle down. I just tried this three times though.

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Snag87 - 02-11-2019

You shouldn't be bedding underage girls period.

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Snag87 - 02-11-2019

For the 23 y/o account do you state you're older on your profile or tell them in person?

I think I may create a 23 y/o account and state "I'm actually 27 made a mistake while creating account and can't change" Or I can just tell them a higher age before we meet.

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - jacknap - 02-11-2019

My cousin who's a lawyer I asked him and he was saying that lying to any age could be sexual assault unfortunately. Although I've seen prominent dating coaches do it on youtube, I doubt it ever gets to that level but something to be wary of.

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Roath Park - 02-13-2019

If you're making an account where you blatantly can't get away with looking that age then saying you made a mistake when creating the account and can't change it is going to come across as beta and/or creepy.

Embrace it and go hard on the sugar daddy angle or write that women you're own age are crazy about marriage and having children.

I've got a 19 year old college girl from Tinder coming over mine tomorrow and she's fully aware I'm 34.

Update: The last few days I sought general consensus as to what age I appear and the consensus clustered between 25-28. I heard 27 and 28 most often. No one guessed 30+. I set up a new tinder listing age as 27 (I'd deleted my old profile a month ago due to inactivity) and there was a clear increase in matches. Matched with 8 women ages 22-30.

I think the youngest age I can claim online without sparking suspicion is 25. I'm kicking around ideas as to the optimal method for results.

1: One 26 year old profile

2: Three profiles ages 22, 27 and 32.

3: Three profiles ages 21, 26, and 31.

Opinion? As I stated previously my age is 31 years 5 months.

25 will yield the best results.

Even for the 18-22 yo crowd?

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Roath Park - 02-14-2019

It's all relative to the age group you're trying to bang. I've seen several young women's Tinder age range and ir tends to be their own age to +3.

If you're only interested in banging 18-22 year olds then follow my method but set up the three profiles as 18, 20 and 22.

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Broadband - 02-14-2019

Overall I agree with you guys. Ageism as in other things is based on quick, reflexive and usual responses and when anyone has the time to distill it in many cases it's a less or non-issue. As 37 looking like late 20s I'm done giving a quick almost reflexive response of my age in person. You'll get it on a date not a first interaction at best. Online I'm just going to avoid the algorithms and do whatever is necessary so I don't have to pay a premium (tinder) because of my age or be possibly filtered out otherwise.

I've been on plenty of dates where the person was not who they stated and more than often it's more an issue than age.

My new barometer now at my current age starting today is I'm 29 online, early 30's in person and if they press the issue either deflect or walk away. I'm sick of a number being my supposed value based off age even though now I'm more fit, successful, and laid back than I was in my shitty low self esteem prime. On a date they get my age, before that it's open season to interpretation.

I know someone over that age who's on one of the Asian chat apps (I forget which one), and his profile pic is at least ten years old. Not once after meeting up with a much younger Asian woman was he met with surprise or told anything negative. This is with actual Asians though, not with, multi-generational Asian-American women. According to him, most times isn't until at least the second date that the age question even surfaces. By then, the hooks are already into her.

I guess it doesn't matter since he also says it's very often that the profile pic they use is either so doctored up or one hijacked from that of a better looking girl that they're used to the idea of less than honest photos. YMMV.

Those who use multiple profiles: has any women ever made comment on it?

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Snag87 - 02-14-2019

Agree that it tends to be +3 . I was actually somewhat surprised as I expected it to be higher. On my 31 y/o account I rarely received matches from women under 28. OKC was even worse, not only did I rarely receive likes from women under 28, many women were deep into their 30s.

What happened to women liking older men?

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Roath Park - 02-14-2019

If you set the age ranges correctly then you shouldn't receive any comments from her as she'll only be shown one of your profiles. As I previously mentioned, the only time this falters is if a women sees your profile then has a birthday which trips her into the next age range and sees your 'other' profile. If you're doing a profile(s) reset every 2 weeks to keep your 'newbie' ELO boost and fresh matches then this is reduced even further. Otherwise, the only issue you would have is say two sisters/female friends aged 18 and 28 seeing the same profile of you with two different ages.

Regarding women liking older men, it is the truth. Most of my lays are between 10 and 15 years younger. A lay which is 5 years younger tends to be my upper limit (my LTR is a 29 year old 7, so why would I bang older unless she's an 8). I got 49 new notches in 2018 and only 2 were older than me, and in those cases it was only 1 or 2 years older. Just because their age range may be set to their age +3 doesn't mean they won't bang you. I mean if you met during day/night game and she's into you she won't care how old you are. I banged a 19 year 8 from Seeking that had an age range of 19-22 on her Tinder profile!

My suggestion is you need better pictures and a more 'alpha' profile and game. Also, if you don't put the search range for women older than you then you don't need to worry about them. If an average looking guy like me (with beginner day/night game and intermediate online game) can get nearly 50 notches in a 300K city in the UK then some of you American guys should be killing it!

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - subterfuge - 02-14-2019

^sounds like all your lays are from seeking and tinder. You're probably MUCH better looking than you realise if you're banging like 50 odd girls per year lol. Or maybe just rich? I think with things like seeking, if you're rich, then being old isn't an issue 'cos it's basically like prostitutes (sugar daddy)

In terms of age, I personally lie all the time. 100% of sets. Get's harder as you get older, although I did bang a very very young, very hot girl a while back (better not even mention her age!). I think if she'd have known my real age, i'd not have stood a CHANCE! LOL

Lying about your age-Guys 40 plus - Roath Park - 02-15-2019

Given I'm in an LTR, I don't have much time to do day/night game as I'm usually with my SO when not in work, or with our shared social circle. This leaves online as my best (and discreet) source for getting new bangs.

With regards to being rich, most of my bangs have been using the tried and tested Zero Date Bang method (check out that thread if you haven't already, its game gold). The most I've spent on a bang is one drink at a bar before pulling her back to mine or a 5 minute Uber trip. I've got a nice place in a nice part of the city (but close to where to students live and study), a nice car and I make decent money running my own business.

For Seeking, I just treat it as it were Tinder, you can promise them what they want to hear to get the bang, but I've never paid any sort of monthly allowance or PPM.

I'm already on +5 for the year (4×SA and 1×Tinder, quality 1×5, 2x6, 1×7 and 1×8), so averaging 1 new bang a week I don't really have to work on my day/night game.

Didn't we cover this? In the Anglosphere, a 21-25 yo girl sets her filters to screen out all males over 30. Stupid, but it's what they do.
In the Anglosphere, if you want the young 'uns, you're much better off using social circle, daygame, or SA.
Latin America, it's a totally different story.

You could try to put a positive spin on it: something about having better genes and aging slower.
