MEDITATION AND YOGA




I have experimented with Mediation and Yoga in the past. Ive done casual meditation, and tried doing some yoga stretches. But when I was serious into meditation during a phase I realized my body was much more relaxed and calm. I had lower cortisol and stress levels. Coritsol and Stress are toxic to the male anatomy.

I believe Meditation and Yoga can compliment body building. Especially when your body is recovering from a hard workout.

HYGIENE TIPS

- Trim your armpit hair before you apply deodorant. Once you trimmed your armpit hair, than apply the deodorant.
- Cut down on the coffee, and try to have the whitest smile you can possible have. A white smile is a indicator of good health, and wealth.
