Yes, in fact, it does have weight.

No amount of stories and context compared to the real deal. For example, when I returned back to Africa from my time as a boy the number of stories and details did not measure of to the real deal. The experience isn't comparable from second-hand accounts until you see it for yourself. There are textures and a weight in the air that is not the same. It will change you and will reveal a much deeper side of your wife you may not have known prior. You can read all the reports you want and listen to her parents but it won't be the same. Take this from a person who grew up in the west, (Communist Canada has been my environment for much of my life that I can remember), but of a foreign heritage, the real experience was profoundly different.

Now, mind you, if it is very chaotic there to the point, that even she can't even go back, I am not advising one puts themselves in danger of course. For example, I have many El Savadlorean friends who cant go back because it is just too crazy. A good friend of mine, his family all can't go back as it was too fucked up. In that case, I do understand but he still understands the importance of having to experience the real deal at some point.

I am not advocating diving in just for the sake of it, my point is that you will never understand the detail and texture of a nation or culture until you are immersed in it first hand.

My view is that if you have a skin in it, especially when children come into the mix, it is your decision of how much shared culture there will be between your wife and your own backgrounds. Typically the wife is absorbed into the husband sphere and culture but there will eventually come a time when your children may feel a void where they can't define what and where half of them derives from. If you don't want that burden on your children then it is best you know from a first-hand account of what exactly their other half derives from.

Although my initial post before that one made the answer to that question clear, I'll reframe and expand.

Nobody is obligated to calcify their world view in their mid 20's and then never change how they perceive culture, race and politics for ever and ever and ever. Case in point, it was my mixed race/culture marriage that opened my eyes to the reality of these things. If I married a white woman then my politics might never have shifted because the effect of self affirmation bias and progressive propaganda combined with a lack of outside evidence would have kept me in the dark.

I'm still glad my wife and I met and married. I have no regrets on that front since her similarities to the rest of her people are skin deep. She's very smart, empathic, hard working and loyal, in stark contrast to many of the other members of her "community" I've met outside of her father's bloodline. I never would have been interested in any of those cunts, much less married one. The vast majority of them lie, cheat, steal and gossip at a far higher rates than even white Western cunts and they only maintain an illusion of being a traditional, conservative culture by going to church once a week before pretending that they're not fucking each other's wives and husbands every chance they get. The only thing that keeps most of their women in line is a liberal helping of domestic violence, which appears to be so common as to have become a cliché wherever her people exist in the world. The only men not being cheated on or treated like dirt are the ones slapping their wives and/or girlfriends around.

This is why I suspect the heart of progressivism in regards to race and culture rests on most white people having never actually immersed themselves in foreign cultures to the point where they become a fly on the wall and see how things really work among the different peoples of the world. I, for instance, have no real opinion on what Russian or Chinese people are really like. The ways, means and motives of Japanese people are a mystery to me. But once you've broken your rose coloured glasses on the #AllCulturesAreEqual nonsense you begin to realise that your own culture really is special and worth protecting.

That doesn't mean I divorce my wife, who I love and cherish, and kick my kids out before looking for a white woman for a do-over of my whole life.

It just changes whether or not I'm going to shill for progressive politics merely because I happen to have a non-white wife. And in that regard I'm not going to shy away from stating what I believe to be a pretty obvious fact these days. That Australia will cease to be Australia when it becomes majority Chinese no matter what flag is flying or what anthem is sung, just like every European country will cease to fundamentally exist when someone asks you "picture a Frenchman in your head" and you don't know whether to conjure up the image of a white man in a stripy shirt and a beret holding a baguette or a black man in muslim garb ordering baklava.

Individual instances of race-mixing are a statistical irrelevance, which is why I can still be happy for guys going to SEA to find wives or for this Chinese guy hooking a Ukrainian girl. It simply doesn't matter in the grander scheme of things. But that doesn't automatically imply that we should toss out borders or laugh at the idea that the peoples of a nation have the right to retain their cultural legacy, and no, a rodeo run entirely by Chinese LARPers doesn't count in that regard.

How is it a statistical irrelevance? I honestly do not want to see the white race die out in north America but the black comedy side of me can't help but observe how hilarious the lemming march is towards the cliff. Even second generation immigrants native born children of immigrants tend to outbreed whites.

From a completely anecdotal point of view I see this happening too. All my minority friends in the U.S. have been married since their late 20-30's and have kids. The white friends..including family friends i've known my entire life who are spread across the nation maybe only a third have kids. This isn't unusual I see a general malaise when it comes to white birth rates nationwide. A lot of single white male friends I have aren't soys but they also really aren't too into breeding even when many are in ltr with white women.

I don't know much about Australia side from the small overall population and low density. I like most Aussies i've met in asia on a personal level but I don't think you guys really and truly understand the cultural dynamics in the U.S.

I find it hilarious to be honest. There's hardened race warrior promotion of white nationalism along with tough guy exto talk but which also has a deep fetish of traditional women of other races and cultures.

A sure fire winning recipe to revitalize white demographic decline.

As I said before all this white nationalism circle jerking is meaningless unless you reform white western women first. That's a gigantic hurdle to overcome.

The first step would be to remove the traitors at the top who destroy the Western nations and also finance feminism. The women react to that rather quickly. When Gender studies and feminist thinking are all ridiculed, debunked and laughed out of media, academia, Hollywood and public thinking, then it's super-easy to "control women".

Muslims in the West for example a 80% dependent on social welfare, all other races except for North Asians also depend on welfare much much more. Of course they don't care if they pump out 4 kids while being on social security. Only Whites and North Asians call this irresponsible. Everyone is outbreeding Whites and North Asians, heck even Jews were it not for the Orthodox ones - were it not for them, then the Jewish tribe would be contracting fast.
