Has anyone tried Hypnosis to improve game?

I've posted on here before that I have AA and pretty bad self limiting beliefs. I can't seem to overcome them, have same blocks all the time, starting conversation or just ejecting. Had friend recommend hypnotherapist who he claims got him to stop smoking after one session.

After the session I felt extremely relaxed like I was on a high. I noticed right away though that I still hesitated but had no anxiety and approached a girl and started to talk to her to the best of my abilities. Had another shot where I hesitated and then stumbled on my words with no anxiety. Third girl was on the street, I opened my mouth to start to say something and just stopped myself. At this point wasn't sure if this worked at all. Last girl I talked to to day, smiled at me twice and hesitated for a while before starting to talk to her.

After that I thought I just burned money and got some anxiety lol. Should I see result instantly? What is the general consensus on hypnosis here? Wish I got opinion before trying but I'm just desperate at this point.

I use hypnosis as a routine, but I typically don't get hypnotized. As far as overcoming approach anxiety, I just did a post on that today (alphapersona.wordpress.com) - maybe you should go through this basics of game series I'm doing with my readers.

The best way to overcome approach anxiety is to just approach a lot. If you have a hard time approaching, start by approaching men. You aren't trying to fuck them, so there's no pressure.

But, to be honest, the best approach is going to be just diving in. Good luck!

I tried Double Induction hypnosis on a whim about 4-5 years back. Consists of two separate audio tracks, each one leading to a different side of your headphones. Takes some getting used to for a few minutes, but once you close your eyes and stop trying to listen to each track it works. Mind was clear as glass for 2 days and I felt great. However it never worked for me again to that extent.
