Hard Techno Scene Overseas

I'm from the US, as you might well imagine, and I'd like to hear from some foreigners about the Hard Techno / NRG / Acid Techno scenes in their countries, or perhaps from a tourist who has encountered these scenes.
I understand that the trend has gone from harder techno to milder techno in recent times, but I understand that there are still scenes out there, especially in the UK and Australia. I really almost detest milder techno and prefer the harder stuff.
Perhaps someone can make a segue into the chicks that frequent these things, too. Would anyone get with a chick who was into this stuff? I watch party videos from Australia, and the chicks definitely look hot. Or is the underground scene too much of a risk for the traveler looking for a good time? I understand that it is probably difficult to get into the scene, being an outsider.
I find that I am a minority here in the US for liking this stuff, and when I tend to share it with people, they just don't understand.
I'll accept comments from anyone else in the US into this stuff as well.

I hate the music but I would go to a rave and try to fuck some raver girls. I wouldn't mind going to a huge underground rave that doesn't have the cops watching over everyone.

5 years ago in Dublin and in the UK there was a great hard techno scene that would have attracted a good amount of attractive women.
Nowadays everyone is into boring minimal and other genres. Hard techno is more underground in the UK and Ireland that it was previously.
That said, it has never attracted the kind of chicks that house music and even drum and bass do. Chicks dig house music a lot better.
That said, I reckon Germany would be the place for you. They have clubs that will have different rooms playing all kinds of techno and they'll have a good amount of hot German chicks.

You are definitely limiting yourself if your goal is to seek out volumes of whores that listen to a genre of music. Hard techno is very restricted and bitches can't really dance and move their hips to 170 bpms. That's why Grind and dubstep took off in the U.K. and is very popular in the U.S. now ( if you're 17-20 of course). Hard techno is very underground, and dying , and it's like asking someone to find out about a DNB club. Clubs who push Minimal house, Progressive house, Tribal(for festivals) and Minimal techno, is where whores can be found in abundance. It's all about the BPM.

I agree. The techno capital of the US is Detroit.Of the world is Berlin.Barcelona and Madrid also have big scenes.Ibiza is the electronic music capital of the world. In Italy there are also a lot of fans, not very concentrated though, most of them go to Ibiza in the summer or Rimini/Riccione.Romania also has solid number of fans.In the UK,I'd not say that techno is the most popular genre.
Hard techno..pretty much nobody listens to hard techno nowadays..only if you had a time machine

I'm not a PUA,I'm a pseudoexpert.I don't think having the same taste for music by itself, would make a great relationship. You asked and me and the other dude told you there isn't much of a hard techno scene.I gave you plenty of examples around Europe, where there's a solid crowd at the underground parties, where the people "go for the music" and hate on everybody who "doesn't go for the music" to nightclubs/festivals
