I'm living in Santiago, and have lived in Santo domingo before. I have been here for 3 months and will be here for 3 more. PM me and we can talk more. El Rey, you sound like a prime candidate for Santiago. You have a lot of positives going for you, already accustomed to difficult game like in Medellin, blond hair, good shape, fluent Spanish..all necessary for Santiago.
Most guys can't pull chicks in Santiago, that's why you don't here much about it. I've banged over 30 girls here so far so I speak from experience. The girls here are far hotter IMHO than in Santo Domingo, not Medellin hot, (I've spent considerable time in Medellin and all over Colombia, but they are different and you can run into Medellin-hot girls here at the gyms and universities for sure, and they'll be way easier to bang here than in Medellin)
So you understand the difference in Santiago vs. Santo Domingo it is very big:
in Santiago the girls here are lighter-skinned and actually more attracted to men with darker, tan skin. This means that 90% of the guys on this forum are going to have better success in Santo Domingo and many are going to be more attracted to the girls there. There are a lot of darker-skinned woman there , maybe 70% black/African, 30% Spanish in terms of background. Those girls like white guys. In Santiago, it's the exact opposite percentage. And the average guy in Santiago is already pretty good looking and is Spanish looking, light skin with dark hair, so if you're the average white guy, unless you have blonde hair and lighter eyes, or are willing to put in some solid effort gaming, you're not going to be able to take advantage of the increased exotic value here. If you're are like you say you are, a blonde Aussie, or are Mexican, Asian, or a tan white guy, or of course if you have good game and balls, you can do well here.
Secondly, few people here speak English, everyone says it's more American here. That isn't true. You need to speak Intermediate Spanish to game/date girls here. I speak Intermediate to Advanced Spanish and it's still tough for me. Girls here are more conservative, you will have to break down barriers, explain things, and, at times, argue, neg or tease. I don't know how anyone would have great success here if they didn't speak basic Spanish.
Third, there is more money here, in certain areas like Los Jardines, many people have cars, and chicks won't "date" you if you don't have some money to drop. This isn't like the majority of Santo Domingo, I'm not sure why, but almost all the cars here are nearly new, plenty of Range Rovers, many Porsches, and BMW's. You can bang these girls but if they're hot (a 7 or above with no kids), rest assured, some guy with a fairly new car is taking her out and doing the same. I figured out the logistics of living cheap and impressing girls for cheap but it took me some time to do so. I can explain.
Overall Santiago has:
-Hotter girls , lighter-skinned and more diversity if you want darker-skinned chicks as well
(Plenty of solid 6's and 6.5's which aren't very difficult to bang and if you want to put in the work
you will run into 7's and 8's , plenty in gyms and universities)
-Far better logistics, public cars, which makes girls less flaky, it's basically a quadrant based system
-Significantly cheaper, food can be pricey, it can be a bit american here, many people have cars here but rent is a solid 40% less than Santo Domingo
-far less P4P, I ran into a lot of chicks in Santo domingo who asked me for money or a gift when i was about to bang them, I've never once run into this in Santiago
-better weather, far less sultry than santo domingo, you don't have that horrible sweaty humidity
-far better Gringo value, it's nothing like Colombia but you can meet girls just walking on the streets and looking for IOI's, asking for directions, etc.
In terms of gaming, I did plenty of online game. Plenty of girls online looking for Gringos and very few Gringos to go around. But they are not Gringo-obsessed like in Colombia or in parts of Asia. Girls here are more conservative in that they need more plausible deniability. Unless you are very good looking, or have a car here, the majority of your bangs will be on the 2nd date, but it's an almost guaranteed bang if you have your own place.
I think day game and night game here are pretty great if you put in the time and effort. My favorite place was the centro, right near La Sirena all the way to McDonalds on Calle Del sol. Again, it's not for everyone, it takes balls, takes good body language and an ability to walk outside, in the heat, and you need to keep your eyes open. I had 3 bangs from that area including an 18 year old that was a near solid 8 and another pretty girl who was a virgin.
Places I did not have good luck:
1) I did Not have good luck in the grocery stores like Sirena or Nacional, BUT others on the forum have so take this with a grain of salt.
(they're usually just dead or the girls are there with their parents or they are single moms buyng something for their kid)
2) I did not have good luck in the malls (they are pretty dead here)
3) so far I have not had great luck in the univerisites. (this takes some work and patience )
The latter 2 here I would consider to be the opposite of Santo domingo (where you can walk into Sambil and walk out with 3 numbers almost any afternoon of the week).
If you do decide to go to Santo Domingo, I would suggest living in Zona Universitaria... I lived near Calle Conde when I was there and it was a huge mistake. Logistics in Santo Domingo are horrible and due to the economy it's far more gold-diggerish and P4P than it probably was 5 to 10 years ago. There were far more gaming opporunties in Zona Universitaria with normal girls, not hookers, and almost every girl was a student at one of the universities there, mainly UASD so public transportation there was perfect. I spent most of my time gaming there at the universities or malls. Both were decent. Personally I couldn't stand nightlife in Santo Domingo so I didn't do much night game but El Conquistador had a different experience. Not knocking the hotness of girls in Santo domingo but the few girls I met from nightlife in Santo domingo, every one of them asked me for money or gifts or something before the bang, and these were girls who clearly didn't deserve it, single mom's or girls in their late 20'S.
PM me if you want more info, in my personal opinion, if you've lived in Medellin, unless you have a serious black girl obsession and like the hoodrat look, you're going to be seriously disappointed with Santo Domingo.
My efforts over the next few months will be spent at the univeristies, PUCMM and Utesa as well as some direct game at the Gym. I have also mapped out the Ladies Nights and have yet to hit them up. I've heard from my friend and fellow Roosh member that nightlife gets very good in December so am looking forward to hitting that up then. There are also several smaller cities nearby here which are 30 to 45 minutes away by bus so it opens up considerable opportunities to game other places.
