I think that a doctor is always gonna tell a girl she is four weeks pregnant even if it's only 2 and a half. There's various scientific reasons for this, that I tried googling and can't find.

Who said that they can? They would not make a request of such, since under international law, child support is not an offense to be extradited for. NO government extradites for child support.
