Count your lucky stars that she's just not a very smart girl. One call to the embassy in bogota and you're toast for child support, as the laws then coincide with u.s laws here . The laws have changed dramatically in accordance with U.S. laws my friend. WIth all that information you just put out there, only a dummy girl would not have checked you out real good. Good find on your end. I can send you the new regulations in accordance to foreigners who knock up Colombians and attempt to flee without penalty. Maybe you already knew this , don't know.
Wow, post this info up here for all of us to see. I'm sure it will be helpful to all of us who travel to Colombia.
You somehow mistakenly deposited semen in this puss. She's pregnant, and you deny it. Now in Mixx's case, I don't know how much she knows about him but let's say she was a smart, cunning whore.Just from the information he provided here, ( his abode in Colombia is in a corporation name, under his lawyers control) its very easy to understand who he is. There's a bunch of info she may/may not have or not have, so I am speculating here. Now, she gathers all this information, goes to the embassy in Bogota , and per the documents that names him as the father of the child, Paternity test, etc., the pressure mounts. THe embassy in Bogota will put in a request to the Dept. of health and human services here in the U.S, and you are then "red flagged". The position that the Colombian government takes is not necessarily to have you extradited, but to make you pay. You can have your passport confiscated, for starters. They are varying formulas that you will pay that is directly tied to cost of living in the Colombian city where she resides, and the cost of living that it will take to raise that child. Let's say you refuse to pay. When you refuse to pay, U.S. law supersedes Colombian law, and therefore take effect as if you in fact had a baby with someone in the States.. Hello? It would take a very smart bitch to figure all of this out, or , a very persistent attorney. This is how it goes today.
Don't even get me started on living with a bitch in Colombia, and what the law says on what you owe her if it doesn't work out after 2 years..heheheh
I can get you the dominican info later if you like.
