I was there for about 2 weeks, 1 week in Istanbul, 3 days in Ankara, 4 days in Izmir. Here is my take on it:
In Ankara/Izmir, they were very conservative, I tried to approach about 15 women in total and was rejected by all of them. Some of them just stared at me and then walked away. All of them were Turkish, some spoke English and basically told me to fuck off. They were not the religious conservatives but somewhat liberal conservatives.
In Istanbul it was almost the same but I did approach a few EE women. All but one of the Turkish woman rejected me and the one that did not wanted me to go over her place where her parents lived for a first date. The EE women I met, most of them were cool and were down for a date and I even hooked up with 3 of them. I mainly ran game in Gozde, Taksim and Fatih. My main lines were "you look like you speak good english", "do you know where the mall is?", "Can you guide me to where taksim square is?".
Overall, for the money and effort it is not worth it at all, I would have way better luck in Poland or Ukraine because the same women that I was successful with were from those countries.
DO NOT BANG TURKEY!!!!!!!!!!

This may be the reason why there were too many EE tourists with families and children in Antalya Kemer. If you understand the patterns, then you can choose the right time if you want to meet young women on vacation, rather than a few families and children. I flew from Germany to Antalya on September 12th. When I was in the airport, I looked at the crowd at Gate Antalya and traveling to London. Today, I also observed at Antalya airport which crowd was traveling to Bucharest, Minsk, St. Petersburg and Düsseldorf. Lots of old tourists and families with small children. This may indicate that maybe mid-September is not the right time to meet female solo travelers.
When I was in Valencia last year between September 6th and 9th (beginning of September), there were more young people, and younger women traveling from Valencia to Mallorca, Cologne and other places. When I was in Valencia, I saw few children, but many young women from Holland, Italy, Germany and France who were travelling with their friends.
