Dont bang Turkey

I am back after my trip and I can say dont bang Turkey.

I was there for about 2 weeks, 1 week in Istanbul, 3 days in Ankara, 4 days in Izmir. Here is my take on it:

In Ankara/Izmir, they were very conservative, I tried to approach about 15 women in total and was rejected by all of them. Some of them just stared at me and then walked away. All of them were Turkish, some spoke English and basically told me to fuck off. They were not the religious conservatives but somewhat liberal conservatives.

In Istanbul it was almost the same but I did approach a few EE women. All but one of the Turkish woman rejected me and the one that did not wanted me to go over her place where her parents lived for a first date. The EE women I met, most of them were cool and were down for a date and I even hooked up with 3 of them. I mainly ran game in Gozde, Taksim and Fatih. My main lines were "you look like you speak good english", "do you know where the mall is?", "Can you guide me to where taksim square is?".

Overall, for the money and effort it is not worth it at all, I would have way better luck in Poland or Ukraine because the same women that I was successful with were from those countries.

DO NOT BANG TURKEY!!!!!!!!!!

In Istanbul, Taksim and Fatih are more conservative. I've heard Fatih is very conservative. The mentality in Ankara is the most unfriendly of all three cities. You never know when people will become unfriendly. Ankara is the Paris of Turkey.

And in Izmir, I can't imagine that the rejections are very harsh. Izmir is known for its friendliness. I can think of another city that I would try. But not as a direct game, but online dating or indirect approach. The city is called Eskisehir. It is a student city. Compared to Istanbul and Antalya, Eskisehir is not so flooded with foreign tourists and is more liberal than the average cities in Turkey. I can well imagine that Eskisehir has potential outside of the summer season.

Turkey and France are countries where I would not approach women directly on the street. I would approach Turkish and French women in another country. Of the countries I have visited, Turkey is the number one country where I am most afraid of approaching women, because I hear from many men that the local women in Turkey react very negatively. It can also happen that their boyfriend or husband can cause stress. France comes in second place because I can start the conversation in French. A lot of tourists in France have encountered unfriendliness without knowing French. Third place for me is Germany. In Germany, I only approach women directly if I get signals of interest.

I highly doubt you banged any women in Turkey. You make Polish and Ukrainians sound 'easy', just because Turkish women are hard. That's far from truth. Why the hell did you go on a bang mission in Turkey anyway?

This may be the reason why there were too many EE tourists with families and children in Antalya Kemer. If you understand the patterns, then you can choose the right time if you want to meet young women on vacation, rather than a few families and children. I flew from Germany to Antalya on September 12th. When I was in the airport, I looked at the crowd at Gate Antalya and traveling to London. Today, I also observed at Antalya airport which crowd was traveling to Bucharest, Minsk, St. Petersburg and Düsseldorf. Lots of old tourists and families with small children. This may indicate that maybe mid-September is not the right time to meet female solo travelers.
When I was in Valencia last year between September 6th and 9th (beginning of September), there were more young people, and younger women traveling from Valencia to Mallorca, Cologne and other places. When I was in Valencia, I saw few children, but many young women from Holland, Italy, Germany and France who were travelling with their friends.

Actually, it supposed to be better to meet with single travelers after September since schools are open in the beginning of the month and there is no more families in the resorts. I was also planning to have vacation in Antalya on that time but then l changed my mind. I did a lot of researches about hotels and followed up Russian tourist agency websites to understand which hotels are popular, l checked a lot of comments on booking and TripAdvisor as well. I still couldn’t figure out if there is a good opportunity for a single male traveler that’s why l didn’t want to waste my money.
