Countries to my knowledge that they are not ashamed to be gold diggers:
Brazil, Russia, Phillipines, Thailand, Columbia (?) ..
Anyone can tell me a place apart from UK and USA, and Ireland where women are hot and do not see you as a walking cash machine?

Sweden is supposedly the cheapest country in Scadinavia to visit. Many beautiful women of course, but I prefer my women brunette and curvy. ie Latinas, Columbia is good but suffers the same problem where the woman are after a man who pays for everything. You will be a gringo.
Prague was cheaper, the women nice, I don't know about the expectations on money there. I suppose that if all you are after is a shag or two, you don't mind paying for stuff, for a a while! Wow, the freedom to express an opinion without a ban!
