I was fired from work

I was fired from work today because of women and one gay man. Drama and my words were twisted. It is a long story...
So the place I worked at was corporate Walmart. Most of the females there had an issue with me because I was too traditionally masculine, they couldn't handle it and they would get super pissed off because I couldn't keep down like a slave or a dog, I fought back to do the right thing but most of the managers had an issue with me. I was a loyal employee over a year.

"everybody is equal" when I have done nothing but work my ass off sick. I got fired the day after my evaluation. Lol. I been accused of so many things, it was like fighting with girlfriend "oh you lied to me!". (I have no girlfriend and don't care for one either)

Morale of the story, do not work for women or with women if you can help it, if it is inevitable, you have to bite your tongue especially when you need to put a bitch in her place. And I do not mean violence, but reminding her who you are as a man.

Good luck finding a new job. If you're young enough I suggest you find a path to a trade. Of not then look to learn how to start a recession resistant small business.

There are lots of men here who can give you good advice on that.

The public will judge a man by what he lifts, but those close to him will judge him by what he carries.

I was in a similar spot as you. Your problem is you are incongruent. Your thoughts and mindset don't match your reality.

Setup your own business, and hire/fire whomever you want and evaluate yourself with 11/10 if you like. But save the IDGAF attitude until you get there.

You cant behave like (say) Dan Bilzerian and work as a waiter. Your story doesn't add up. To be clear there is no shame in waiting tables - but if this is your job then you'll have to lose the I DONT TAKE SHIT attitude when talking to customers/your managers.

I used to be in the bottom of the food chain in 2 mega-corporations as well, and had the same no-bullshit attitude that you describe. Things were very ugly for me. It was my motivation to build my own business.

If you make less than most others in your company, if you work in an entry level position, if you have some fat bitter cunt as your manager (with the power to fire you) etc then you can forget about your female coworkers' respect - or even to be treated with basic fairness. That's the ugly truth of the day for ya.

If you cannot avoid working in such an environment then keep your head low until you are good enough to make your move.

I had a job that I needed.

It was a wonderfully diverse identity politics tower of babel.

I was very very cautious. Got a lot of shit for being a big tall white guy etc. Kept my head down and worked in the face of alot of aggravation.

And I took notes and kept records. And when I was stuck with a line manager who was a crazy abusive woman of colour I bided my time and hit my employer with an extensive complaint.

White heterosexual male gets Black Women manager fired in ignominy, it was unheard of...

But there was no possibility in being a brave martyr, I needed that job. Unfortunately sometimes you've gotta play by their victimhood rules.

No-one fucked with me after that (until I gave my notice, then for the last month they all came for me, too late) but for 3 years they gave me a wide berth.

Bear in mind what your goal is and how to achieve it. Being a thorn in the side of those around you can take too much of your energy away from you want to concentrate on.

But..

For now..

all the globohomo corporations will more and more align to become the same.

so everyone should think if that is an acceptable employer and as consequence look for mid and long term alternatives now.

Have been fired several times by femaie bosses. Your description is perfect. Women like to move into male-dominated industries and them make them "more accessible to women" which inevitably means, firing all the masculine men.

There is no good defense that I know of except to be a slave to them and have zero masculinity. Even the more powerful men, men who you thought had your back, even a male CEO or VP, will immediately crumple if the women middle-managing their firm decide to fuck over the young/subordinate men. This is how lesbians/manjawed women in the workplace are gradually eliminating redpill men from the job market. They will not stop until men are.a permanent economic underclass.

The only real solution for men at this point is a revolution which drives women out of positions of power, permanently, followed by a Saudi-arabia style society that oppresses women completely. This is the inevitable endgame of Feminism just as Venezuela is the inevitable endgame of socialism.

However as a young man you have many great solutions, as others have mentioned: your own or small business, work for a small business with no women managers, or fight back with discrimination lawsuits (although I'm not sure about that in terms of it's effect on your own pride as a man. Seems too defensive).

How the fuck did you pull that off? Do you have any (non-identifying) advice to share that would explain the playbook you used to get rid of her?

My wife has a policy of keeping a ledger or a journal of what goes on at work. She's done this for decades. Anytime some boss gives her shit, or some other employee causes problems, she documents it. There have been a number of times over the years at different jobs where she used her ledger when the shit hit the fan.

The thing is, if something is put in writing, it has a significant legal status. This is why you write your invention in your engineering notebook and date it, so you can defend your patent later on. This is why you send a letter to a business when you have a dispute, rather than simply speaking to them on the phone.

In the case of employment issues, having a written and dated record of your side of events is a powerful form of evidence, which can trump the other party's verbal claims. One time a customer came into my wife's store and was stealing stuff, and my wife threw her out. The customer claimed racism, reported it to the city anti-discrimination board, and my wife was called to testify. She pulled out her ledger, and was able to refute the charges. You can imagine what kind of shit show it is to get called in front of one of those bullshit SJW boards, so this just goes to show the power of maintaining written documentation of events. (On a side note, this is what Comey was trying to do with the memos he wrote each time he met with Trump.)

I generally haven't bothered with doing this except for one time when I had a problem employee. I started documenting all her shortcomings. At a certain point, she said she was going to complain to my boss about some bullshit, and I showed her the list of problem behaviors I had documented. She ended up quitting instead, which is what I wanted.

Feminism is real.

I spoke to a female friend of mine yesterday who makes more than $180,000 a year, and she still thinks women have it hard and that the world is set up for men to succeed and women to fail.

My advice to you would be to do what the posters above have said - use that anger and motivation to make yourself self owned and make yourself as strong as possible from a financial and skills perspective.

If you are planning to work with and deal with brainwashed idiots/sheep long term - expect idiotic life results.

OP surely you were fired for just cause. I find it hard to believe you were fired for no reason. Either you're omitting something, or there's some more nuance to the story.

In any case, you need to understand the inherent risk in corporate type jobs, where the management and HR ranks are filled with diversity, affirmative-action hired, obsessive dolts.

Realize that corporate jobs are transitory, and that it is better to have other options long term. Hopefully you learn something out of this event.

The only time I ever got fired was at my college newspaper, when a raging, angry feminist editor CANNED me from a high-ranking position. I was not very political then. So what did I do wrong?

Among other immature things, I made one too many offensive jokes. Like the one where you pick out the nastiest-looking girl around, then tap your buddy on the shoulder and say "There's you're girlfriend!" Luckily, I've grown up since then and realized the error of my ways.

One more thing. Did I mention I saw Mr. Lemon's girlfriend?

I work for a very left-leaning company I can't say its name. I've been lucky the times I make jokes about fat ass bitches and sodomites there is not anyone around to hear. I'm going to be careful from now on as I'm in a very privileged position.

Law 38: Think as you like, but behave like others.

OP, you seem pretty young and that's fine. I have gotten fired couple times because I was also being rebellious when I was younger. They were paying minimum wage, so doesn't really matter I guess.

Just learn the lesson that you can't change the huge company or the external world when you are just a average guy.

I know it isn't the most "macho" or "alpha" thing to do, but keeping your mouth shut have a lot of advantages in today's corporate world.

Will the moderators clamp down on me if I turn all my future posts into "There's your girlfriend! jokes?

Or will they buy me beers and clap me on the back, like my college buddies used to do? The reason I ask is because I think I stumbled onto a photo of all the moderators' "plates." Or are they "dishes?" Whatever they are, they live up to their names because they spend the majority of time in the kitchen. Hahahahahahahah!!

(Now do you all see why I got fired? Once I start I can't stop...)

OP is externalizing responsibility. We don’t even have a coherent retelling of the facts.

The truth is that we don’t know the real reason he was fired.

But a 36-year old man getting fired from walmart and blaming other people for it makes my “idiot alarm” go off.

What's the best way to keep this documentation? Does it have to be a notebook with numbered and glued together pages (so that it's clear that the author didn't replace them later)? How about a digital document, like a text file on your personal cell phone? Would that work?

The reason why I started working there, well I am extroverted type. Not just that, I liked maintenance mostly because I worked with my hands and was able to interact with people. Just being honest.
