I am right in line. I started lifting a couple weeks ago, but I want to start learning guitar. Just to keep it simple I am going to stay on the weights until it's just routine, then add the guitar. Simple goals, in easy to take bites. I hope.

OK, fuck it, I'm in...

Mine will be a 70-day challenge though, as I'll be heading overseas in exactly 70 days time and I'm not sure I'll be able to keep these up while traveling.

1) Exercise every day
2) Read 20 pages of literature a day
3) Do one daygame approach every day
4) Write for one hour a day, every day, no distractions
5) No porn or masturbation
6) (Bonus goal) drink two tall glasses of water, first thing in the morning, daily
