On the topic of the prisoner's rights, he has apparently made a complaint:

"The rule of law applies, even in prison... He deserves the protection of the statutes like any other prisoner."

The censorship doesn't mean this is fake. Quite to the contrary, I believe that the incredibly swift and unified response to keep everything said by the shooter himself out of the public eye is a huge indication that the entire event is NOT fake.

Think about it. This one is a massive pattern break compared to known false flag events. In all of those we knew almost overnight about who the patsy was, what his stated agenda was, and so on. For this guy he employed some fairly genius level marketing tactics (like calling out the names of people the media hypes up hatred for) and using a first person perspective to the video that allows more impressionable people to imagine themselves doing what he did.

My assessment: the story most likely to be true is that Someone realized very quickly that this event has some potential second order effects they don't like and moved as fast as possible to prevent all information about the event that they can't use to their advantage from being distributed.
