Absolutely the San Francisco Bay Area. This is the most degenerate place on Earth. You will not believe how many hot girls on Tinder are "non-monogamous" (IE, her boyfriend or husband is a cuck and she is fucking marathon levels of peen on the side, without even having the shame to try to hide it). Don't believe me? Just take a walk during Bay to Breakers. The last time I went, which was ten years ago - a far more innocent time, before dating apps and the mainstreaming of radical feminism turned even the most barely attractive American woman under the age of forty into a walking gonorrhea culture - I saw more (straight) couples than I could count fucking in the bushes of Golden Gate Park, saw more bare gash letting loose vile streams of urine on people's front doors and parked cars than I care to remember because "ewwww, Porta Potties are gross and omg the line is sooooo long."
It is a sick, degenerate place. The vast vast majority of young women here, ranging from San Jose to Santa Rosa and as far east as Vacaville, are colossal sluts. Even the fat nasty heffalumps-lookin-ass bitches have a cock tower twice as tall as they are in their (recent) pasts. Totalitarian sexual permissiveness is simply the culture here. So if you're looking for slutty degenerate women, the SF Bay Area is the most resource-rich location on the planet.
But to tap this resource in a way that will satisfy a self-respecting man with game, you have to be the following:
1. You must be in the top 10% in terms of looks and wealth, which is not easy here, as it is a very wealthy area, and despite some stereotypes on this forum, there are quite a few places in the Bay Area where the guys take care of themselves and know how to compete. There are also a lot more single men than women here thanks to the Tech Faggotry. Those guys in general aren't competition but they do change the sexual economy. Basically life in the Man Francisco Gay Area is about as gynocentric as you expect. Don't even think about fucking pretty, thin women here unless you are tall, muscular, handsome, have a nice car and good logistics, a fuck ton of money in your bank account, and just founded some startup creating an app that helps homosexuals navigate each other's rectums. Otherwise, get ready to dumpster dive.
1a. A rider to Point 1: even if you do land a hot girl, she will be masculine as fuck. Deep voice. Masculine pursuits. Probably does crossfit and definitely won't be having kids until her withered ovaries have witnessed their thirty-fifth trip around the sun. Feminine women do not exist here.
2. You must be willing to date several points lower than yourself, which for a slightly above average man, will mean a three or a four. The only place I see equality in terms of looks between young men and their partners are the small redneck towns on the farthest satellite areas of the Bay Area and usually those people grew up there. When hot girls here have boyfriends, which is not a common sight, they are with guys that are in the top top top percentile of looks and have the appearance of models. They are usually well-off, too; either self-made men, or from rich families. Not even wealth acts as an equalizer here.
3. You must be willing to tolerate the worst form of liberal feminist mind cancer coming at you at all hours of the day, every day of the week. No matter how nice a girl appears, or her profession, 99.9999999% of the time she will be a feminist. Let's not even get into the disgusting corrupted ether of brightly-colored skrillex haircuts, shitty tattoos, and butch lesbian aesthetic that seems to come up from the ground here. Bay Area women are career-driven. Over-educated. Have a long and colorful sexual history and be willing to leave you holding the bag if you so much as raise an eyebrow to it. It's just the way it is here. A Bay Area liberal is like a liberal anywhere else on steroids. They are their own special brand. Anyone to the right of Stalin to them is basically Richard Spencer and therefore worthy of social annihilation. If you have conservative or even just reality-based views about politics, gender, pop culture, or anything at all, you must do like the worlds that survive in Liu Cixin's harsh but beautiful science fiction novel The Dark Forest; protect yourself well, and hide yourself better.
But if you can hang with all of that, you can basically have all the porno sex you want.
