October: Bucharest, Sofia, Skopje or Thessaloniki?

October: Bucharest, Sofia, Skopje or Thessaloniki?

I have holidays in the 2nd half of October and I wanna visit a place that is:

- a bit warmer than at home (I'm from Switzerland)
- people speak English "good enough"
- it's not too far away (don't wanna fly for more than 5h)
- prefer lower costs of living
- big enough so that there are enough daygame/online game possibilities
- people shouldn't be too conservative

I thought about the cities:

Bucharest
Sofia
Skopje
Thessaloniki

Does anyone know 2 or more of those cities? In terms of looks I guess the differences won't be that big, I like slim girls and I guess people are quite slim in all those cities. The temperatures in October are still ok (especially in Thessaloniki).

But maybe somebody knows these cities and can explain the subtle differences in regard to hunting girls?

Thank you in advance for your advice. [Image: smile.gif]

Hungary is definitely the land of huge tits but a lot of them belong on chubby and fat girls - so you've been warned. Also if you go nightlife then the kind of girls you'll encounter will be random: might be hordes of British or hordes of Germans for example. I've been to both but going out in Budapest reminded me a lot of going out in Barcelona: actually tough to meet locals as everyone seems to be a tourist.

Haven't been to Skopje but I would think 3rd (4th?!) tier Europe would be risky as hell for trying to get flags: I doubt anyone is on Tinder, if the nightlife has any English speakers or if you'll even feel comfortable taking taxis around.

Thanks. Will be in Budapest for 2 weeks in April (report will follow, actually planned to go there in 2018 but had to postpone to 2019).

Too bad there are no official tinder stats in regard to active members per city. Too bad I don't know anybody who works for tinder.. [Image: wink.gif]

Thessaloniki would be nice because of the warmer temperatures. But Bucharest/Sofia have 1.5x/2x the population. Hmm. Ok, Bucharest, Sofia and Thessaloniki remain. Have to decide between those 3 cities. Hm.

Sofia is a pretty ugly city outside of summer - the many parks and tree lined streets help camouflage all the grey and rundown buildings and roads - although I do think autumn here can be quite nice too if the weather is relatively mild as it was most of this past autumn. No guarantees there though.
Sofia nightlife is primarily in the center and in the summer there are lots of people sitting outside restaurants and cafes in the afternoons and evenings into the night - obviously a lot fewer when the temperature has dropped 15-20 degrees Celsius in the autumn. However September is generally a summer month here too, so if you come in early October it could still all right.

I would probably choose Thessaloniki, though I have only been there during summer, but I imagine it should still be very nice in October.
Bucharest will mostly be as ugly as Sofia in the autumn I imagine, but the old town area almost certainly nicer and livelier and more fun than downtown Sofia.

Thanks!

I forgot to add Istanbul to my list. Have to do some reasearch to find out whether there are some negative points in regard to online/daygame in Istanbul. Maybe I'll have to decide between Istanbul and Thessaloniki..
