OP just wants the girls he values most. They're value might be artificially inflated compared to foreign women etc, but it doesn't stop it from feeling real. Personally, when I bang a foreign girl it's nice but it feels like cheating because it's so easy compared to home grown women.
And if OP can't get top tier Anglo white women who in my experience are the easiest of all home-grown women, then he definitely won't be able to get top tier black or mixed women because the competition is a whole lot higher in the circles they're in (in the UK anyway). Top tier mixed women are probably the hardest of all women to get in the UK.
