How important is intelligence or height with LTR

I don't give a shit about how "intelligent" my girl is.

I would much rather have a girl who is kind and displays maternal instincts than an "intelligent" girl. Intelligent girls are really not all that bright in the first place.

It's a waste. I have enough intelligence for the both of us.

I am dating a girl who is around 5"0 and I'm ~6'3. It looks a little ridiculous as she doesn't even reach my shoulder height haha. But regardless, she is fun to be around and we have great sex. It doesn't hurt that she is pretty street-smart, too.

Like other posters have said, height and intelligence factor in if you decide to have children as both are inheritable traits that tend to result in the average of yourself and your partner.

Height is a factor if you are not so tall yourself and believe that having a taller wife can assist in "averaging up" the potential height of your children. If you are already tall then chances are your children will be OK, but if both are short then the probability of having tall children decreases. However, height is more important for guys than it is for girls and there is a 50% chance of you having a girl, so whatever potential height disadvantage that may result from the union of two short-average height people will only be apparent in society when you have a boy (50%), as there is no stigma against short girls. In this case, the statistics are slightly in your favour.

Intelligence and IQ in particular are genetically related, and despite what many say, numerous studies have shown that IQ is a particularly accurate predictor of success in life. Yes, a person with an 85 IQ can rise to become a Nuclear Physicist at NASA, but a person with a 150 IQ is more likely to hold that position, statistically speaking. People with high IQs normally don't get along well with those with low IQs over the long term, but the key here is to not have such a significant gap between the couple that can induce problems down the line.

I understand the desire to give your children a better chance at life commencing at the genetic level, I personally do the same when looking for a potential mate, but it really shouldn't be at the forefront of one's search. Factors like height and intelligence can be scoped within an "acceptable range", if she's not a midget or a giraffe then it's fine; as with not being a retard or a Nobel Prize winning Mathematician, but somewhere in between. This will vary greatly depending on personal preferences but also how you are as the man and whether you're tall / intelligent or not. You should then search accordingly with your mate having the potential to "correct" your genetic weaknesses passed on to your offspring.

Once she is within the acceptable range then you can begin to measure her other qualities, such as her motherly instinct, her personality, the "happy' gene, mutual compatibility etc, which are also key barometers of importance when deciding to have family / children.

In numbers, I personally believe anything taller than 5 foot with IQ over 90 is fine for the shorter end of the spectrum while the other extreme of the spectrum is just a matter of preference with no strong cut offs.

If her IQ is lower than 100, she is out of question, higher than 145 she is out of question too. I was seeing this chick mid this year and I gave her this IQ test 123test.com/iq-test/ (It's a short test and most of my friends and acquaintances have done it), she scored around 85, this IQ test is not even a ''real'' one and she scored really low, after that, I knew 100% that I wouldn't be in a serious relationship with her. As the relationship progressed her IQ really started to show, dumb girls is out of question.

Also, your kids will pick up more your wife genetic IQ than yours, that's just how nature works. I am not planning to find a woman as smart and well read as I am, likely that it won't happen, considering that I am marrying a black non western born woman. Other traits are more important for me (feminine, from stable home, writes and reads well her native language and knows how to listen).

You have to admit that it is ironic that you are touting how well read you are while butchering your grammar half a dozen times in a short post (if English isn't your native language, objection preemptively sustained). Your claim that "your kids will pick up more your wife genetic IQ than yours, that's just how nature works" sounds like a haphazard paraphrase of a viral junk science article. I wouldn't recommend making major life decisions or changing your world view based on wisdom distilled from internet click bait or the results of dubious internet IQ tests.

I must say I am very much into tall girls.
I am not saying I am not willing to bang shorter girls. Sure I am.
But when I see slim, tall girl, with long legs and pretty face, my genes make me crazy about her. Sexual arouse comes even with shorter girls, but this feeling is something much more, than arouse.

Inteligence is also very important for me. Fortunately, I have some sense, that makes me attracted to clever and rather good manners girl. You can just look at someone and guess, whether he is intelligent or not.

Tall and clever is the exact definition of the only girl, I am willing to LTR.

Yes, English is not my first language, I didn't start speaking English till I was a teenager, obviously I don't make grammar errors like these in my native language (Portuguese). I also speak and write 3 languages everyday (Portuguese, English and Spanish), give me a break haha.

This is not viral junk science. Have you actually read anything on this subject? It's scientifically proven, different theorists have said the same thing, accept truth and live a better life.
