Correct. In those days, offering a girl pills/grass/blow was considered just politeness. Most of the girls going to his door went there specifically to get his high quality drugs. It's hard for today's repressed and puritanical men to understand just what drug sluts those girls were. If you had cocaine, you could get a lineup of girls who would blow you for blow. It wasn't even controversial. "You got some coke? Right on man. Sure I'll fuck you." Not the slightest hesitation and not even 1 millionth of 1% of a worry that some time in the future, that same woman would be accusing you of rape.

People have to understand that Bill Cosby never, in a million billion years, thought what he was doing was sexual assault. BECAUSE IT WASN'T BACK THEN. This is why we have a statute of iimitations, specifically to prevent happening what is happening right now in the US...we are re-defining what crimes are, then going back 30 years ago and back-prosecuting people for things that 30 years ago WERE NOT CRIMES. I can't believe that no high level legal experts are calling this out.

Have you ever got high or drunk with a woman then fucked? If so, then you (we all) should be in jail as well. This shit is crazy.

I just heard he paid this Howard Stern lookalike $3 million to keep quiet. How did this shit end up in court?

Eddie Griffin vid was good.

The Bill Cosby is dead prank has been recurring for years.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

Look, Bill Cosby isn't dead, but he's crushed. He's a destroyed man. I have been in his position...to look back at your life and see that every hope, dream, hard work, every ounce of your creativity and joy, to see it all crushed. Actually I was in a position that was only a fraction as awful as his, and it left me broken. I can't imagine what he feels.

To have your life's work yanked from you and thrown into the dust by an ugly talentless horrifying hag, a woman who is DEEPLY STUPID AND BATSHIT INSANE...an incredible loser. To have this...freak...pursuiing you like a fucking cancer. And then to see a bunch of racist fuckhead prosecutors and screeching press faggots join in ....to see your life stomped and crushed by this mob of brutes.

And yes his daughter just died. His son was killed earlier. His wife has almost certainly abandoned him.

It's a lynching, in every sense of the word. For me this is another black day in the history of men and women. I do not forgive. And I fully expect black men, once they stop mouthing the inanities being fed to them by the press, are going to look back at this moment and their minds will go to dark hatred. How could they not.

I hope, and I pray, that he uses his immense wealth and talent to do something to shame America like it's never been shamed. Probably not going to happen, but I dream of it. That much money can make a whole TV documentary, and pay every black man to sit down and watch it. That much money could damn near raise an army.

You misunderstood that part of the story by design. As I said earlier in the thread, the media consistently said he "drugged" women instead of "gave them drugs" to make you feel repulsed and to automatically believe his guilt. You were manipulated into getting it wrong. Never forget this. Now you know when what passes for news articles today are simply trying to manipulate you away from the truth in order to fulfill an agenda.

Damn that Judge. He will sit and be judged himself one day, and this evil might be the noose that drags him into the pit.

Pray for Cosby. And take note of this day. America is going to a dark place.

Amen to that brother. That guy is a national treasure.

I happen to sit next to some normally non PC people at work. However, even they have bought into the whole Cosby-rapist lie (which given the misleading coverage is understandable), but when it's brought up even as a joke, I immediately declare his innocence. People kind of look at me shocked, but I can see that they start to question themselves, since they only hold their opinion based off of superficial misleading news clips, and what I say causes a short circuit in their brain. Whenever possible I will be outspoken about his innocence.

Rape allegations are just one of those things where nobody will ever truly know except for the people allegedly involved. (Most of the times.) That doesn't make them legitimate most or any of the time, but I still got to wonder...

Did Cosby rape these women? I don't know. From what I've seen, he probably had some inappropriate contact with some of them. Even if everything was completely consensual, Cosby still comes across as a huge hypocrite. So much for being America's wholesome dad.

You appear to be suggesting that he should die in prison merely for being a hypocrite and having consensual sex with women.

No you dont know.

Did you know that his testimony in a deposition for 2004 civil case against the same alleged "victim", which was given under the auspices of "immunity" was used against him in this criminal trial?

Fact: the DA at the time 2004/2005 refused to press charges for lack of "credible" evidence. Why? well one reason is that the accuser visited and had sex 10 times, after the alleged rape. The DA at the time, Bruce Candor, thought that granting Cosby immunity would at least give the "victim" a chance at a payday in the event Cosby testified rather than taking the 5th.

He was right. Cosby said some stupid shit in that civil deposition that no lawyer in his right mind would let his client say without immunity

Quote:Quote:

Though little mentioned in this trial up until this point, Constand pursued a civil case against the actor in 2006 after previous Montgomery County D.A. Bruce Cantor in 2005 declined to pursue a criminal case. Under an agreement with Cantor and a now-deceased Cosby lawyer not to open a criminal case, Cosby did not invoke his Fifth Amendment rights in the subsequent civil case. That is why the extensive 2005 and 2006 depositions were taken. With everything under a confidentiality agreement, that case resulted in an undisclosed settlement in the low seven figures being paid out by Cosby to the ex-Temple University employee.

Do you have a source for this?

Cosby denied ever having sex with her in a police interview:

Quote:Quote:

He told the investigators that prior to this January 2004 incident, there were several instances in which the two "petted and kissed." He said he never had intercourse with the victim because he "like[d] the petting the touching." When directly asked if he ever had sexual intercourse with the victim, Cosby gave the unusual answer, "never asleep or awake."

Constand also denied having sex with him on the stand:

Quote:Quote:

Constand, who stepped down from the stand Monday, says that though Cosby “came on” to her before the alleged assault — putting his hand on her thigh and once trying to unbutton her pants — she stopped him and they never shared any consensual sexual contact.

How exactly was Cosby a hypocrite? Cosby was playing a character on a TV show. Cosby was known to hang out at the playboy mansion and did so very openly. He preached against swearing, cultural degeneracy, ignorance, and vulgarity creeping across America, particularly the black community. He certainly didn't browbeat about monogamy or having paramours. The media loves to call him a hypocrite so they can fuel their righteous lynch mob mentality to protett wamynz. He DID pull himself up from his bootstraps to get out of the ghetto and a very troubled childhood, and when he got successful he DID give back to the community he came from in spades.
