The MASSIVE Moscow Datasheet 2017

I thought Moscow was one of the most over-rated cities I've ever been to. Girls are definitely a step down from Kiev. I've been to almost every country in central/eastern europe, and quality in Moscow was not much different from the average in the region. Throw in the bad english, high prices, horrible customer service and communist mentality, and I won't be going back.

Russian girls are extremely over-rated and not worth it. My opinion is that they (and all FSU girls) suffer from a kind of post-traumatic stress disorder, having lived through the chaotic fall of the Soviet Union. This manifests itself in their emotional, unpredictable, and extractive nature. And an emphasis on appearance, versus reality. Here's a post about them...I agree with most it:

The post in the link is actually accurate.

Moscow and the EE is a good place to have a good time, and while I would say that there are more good girls than the linked article allows, there is some truth to this. I could fill the pages of War and Peace with stories about bad dates with Russian girls. I blame the Soviet period, which was f*cked up and f*cked people in the head.

Given two girls with roughly the same appearance, I would go for the German/Scandinavian/American woman, or even the Latin American or Asian women over an EE girl any day. Most EE girls are looking out for their own survival. The brutal struggles during the Soviet period did unleash something dark in these people. And yet, there are still sweet, innocent, and beautiful EE girls out there. You just need to be a bit more careful, or simply try to date them/sleep with them rather than marry them.

Also, Russian girls in Russia will tend to be 10X times sweeter. Not because they are any different, but because EE girls living in the west know what their value is.

I hope to be updating about Moscow quality soon but there is no way that Russian women are overrated. Literally every city I go to the hottest girl turns out to be Russian.

My post was specifically about Moscow. I still firmly place the Russian women in the world top spot.

For those who say Moscow or Russian women are overrated, I'd love to spend time in your part of the world!

Like I said above, its not the abundance of 9s or 10s. It's their femininity and understated sensuality. The whole vibe was fantastic, but I concede it may not appeal to all men. It's not a place for clown game, or men who are not comfortable in their own skin.

Again, Moscow seems to be over rated to me. Russian women not. I speak a good fluent Russian and have been living in East-Europe for the last 7 years, I perfectly understand the "russian soul".

The ironic thing is I was expecting Moscow city itself to be quite bland, but to have a crazy nightlife full of hotties. So far the exact opposite is happening, I am surprised by the beauty of the city, but girls and nightlife doesnt phase me.

For example on last Saturday the best party I found was actually in the after-hour club... I wouldnt consider this normal.

Moscow/St Petersburg are doubtless world class cities with lots to offer in terms of culture/sightseeing/history/nightlife etc.

But from a strictly gaming perspective, is it worth it to bother vs, say, Kiev or some of the smaller EE cities? Moscow is crazy expensive, the competition is probably much stiffer, language just as hard etc. These are probably much less pronounced in Kiev etc...

Ea guys doing online game what are your results so far. I'm getting less matches then back home in the US! Trying to figure out if I need to switch up my photos.

Have a shirtless photo at the back end of the stack which does decent in the west, should I take it out.

Not sure what I need to do to optimize. Insights appreciated.

Update. Deleted the shirtless pic,put in a landscape photo instead and matches are back to West levels but quality much higher. Using secondary account since just doing mass swipe right so won't affect elo. Some decent leads.

Speaking of Tinder, what gives in Moscow? On my recent trip I was inundated with matches, to the point where I thought they were either phishing or they just wanted a Westerner to take them out, and scam an expensive meal. I've read some Tinder horror stories on the threads, and I didn't end up messaging any of matches, but I'm intrigued. What's the real deal with Tinder and foreigners over there? Some were solid 8 or 9s. Would appreciate a heads up from guys who are familiar with Tinder game over there.

Can you show pics of these 8s and 9s? That way the Moscow veterans can see what's up.

What is written here is true, especially about the girls' quality way down compared to Kiev, but from an artistic and architectural point of view Moscow is amazing.
Anyway without Russian your possibilities with girls go down at least 1000% (I'm talking about good girls, not fat garbage).

I can see exactly where you're coming from. I agree to an extent but will also play devil's advocate on other points just arriving back from subject city.

Why I agree with you
1) In main city center areas, girls on average are indeed down a notch quality wise from Kiev.
2) I came in with unrealistic expectations about how every chick would be decked out in heels & super feminine; that wasn't the case as I'll give Ukrainian women on average higher points looks & femininity wise too.
3) Bad English can indeed be an issue.
4) Unlike NYC, Moscow isn't a true work hard/play hard city where all these Russian speaking transplants are super eager to meet new people. I'd say it's a very serious city where people come to "make it" & will do whatever it takes to do so...otherwise...their "out" in THE economic capital of FSU.

Other factors to consider however
1) Having been location independent in Central/Eastern Europe all these years now, have you thought about learning Russian? I'm surprised that initiative hasn't been taken yet...
2) Having missed my first flight out, I had to stay an extra night & resorted to a cheaper Airbnb near Avia Park Shopping Mall which is the largest one in Europe! The pre-dominantly residential neighborhood where most locals can actually afford to live felt like a depressing suburb despite being in city limits though talent levels were much higher than walking near main areas like Arbat.
3) I started off hot pulling & going on quality dates through day game & online my first week. That second week got a little depressing though as reality set in though I'm glad bounces didn't go my way since it gave me an assessment of what I needed to make the next trip even better overall!
4) Despite the lack of pure femininity I was graced with in Kiev on a more consistent basis, I thought Moscow as a city was terrific despite the underwhelming nightlife & poor English levels. I thoroughly enjoyed the overall options for young professionals being cool neighborhoods to walk through, good infrastructure, and great restaurants.
5) I still say Russian women are a complete package in terms of personality & looks if you can crack the difficult issues at first. One of my Moscovite friends in Dallas had mentioned these gals already lead meaningful lives, can already pay for most of their own shit when they decide to go out, take cool vacations on their own dimes, and some can even speak multiple languages too. I even had one of my attractive lays cover majority of my tabs too.
6) As I mentioned in the cons, this isn't a work hard/play hard city as women don't necessarily make fun plans every weekend. There are however 17 million people living in the metro area so that should be a nice supply of gals for those that can speak semi-conversational Russian. Lord knows how many IOIs I didn't capitalize on based on lack of Russian,

Regarding what Cheesyboi said in this thread, I'd have to agree with him as this trip was the base of my Russian studies heading forward:
thread-68743...pid1796815

This is coming from a guy who's spent 4-5 days each in St. Petersburg & Kiev in the past though will now finally come around to the studies as I actually took the time to master the Cyrillic alphabet with more down periods in what was a longer stay in Moscow.

I just came back from spending a little over 2 months in Moscow for work.

I wasn't too impressed with the nightlife although the talent was sometimes incredibly good.

In my experience, I found online + daygame to have a better ROI (but this is coming from someone who speaks Russian, was busy working ~10 hours a day and was on a tight budget.)

Overall I was very pleased with the city and I think I even liked it more than Saint Pete - better weather, more parks and pedestrian areas for daygame, highly efficient metro system, loads of things to see and do including free concerts and events...etc.

I don't know how Moscow compares to Kiev since I've never been to Ukraine but prices there seemed almost on par with 2nd tier Spanish cities. Rent in my experience is actually cheaper than in Madrid or Barcelona (currently 1 EUR ~ 80 RUB, which is almost an all time high).
