Trimming down hobby list

Hey guys I have things I like to do such as skateboarding, guitar, reading, gaming and coding, and thus want to get good at these activities and lose track of time when doing them. I also have things that I want to do just to be well rounded but don't enjoy like a hobby such as learning Spanish and working out. How many of these hobbies would it be sustainable to keep while working part time and doing school full time(for Computer Science so that's when I code), so that I can improve at them. If I keep all these activities and try to do them all every week, I will make negligible progress in each one. I would rather have one or two and get good at them. Any advice would be great.

Get some paper and sort your activities into things where your enjoyment is improved by raising your skill level and things you enjoy regardless of your proficiency if you want to optimize for hedonism.

If you want to optimize for efficiency you can prioritize activities that develop crossover skills for other activities you enjoy. Skateboarding is an activity you can build a fitness plan around, skateboarding won't offer well rounded strength training on its own but a well rounded strength training plan can give you more to skateboard with. You can combine Spanish learning with guitar, reading, gaming, etc.

With most activities outside of the beginner phase, gaining additional proficiency can take time and progress might seem negligible week to week no matter how much you pour into things. Accepting that mastery of anything takes time can sap the motivation, but enjoyment can go a long way towards that.
