Time for a change

Right, it's time for a change in my life and I'm hoping you guys can throw in your 2c.

I am a 22 year old medical student in the UK, I'll be a doctor in about 2 years. I'm 5'11", probably a 7 but facially quite "striking" so if a girl is into my look I can be higher. Body wise I am too. fucking. skinny and so I'm going to work on that.

Personality wise I'm very passionate, romantic, spontaneous, adventurous etc. but I absolutely hate clubbing and am not very good in party environments. I would love to love them, but I can't see that changing really.

Anyway I broke up with a girlfriend of 3.5 years after enough became enough. We had a pretty awful sex life due to vaginismus but now she's single she is apparently having the time of her life with any guy she wants and the vaginismus completely disappeared... hmm, yeah, exactly.

I don't want to sleep around and I'm not looking to become a pick up artist but I do love woman, am renowned for my charm which is based mostly on being romantic and slightly mysterious (I work a lot in the third world, working on my thousand yard etc.)..

But because I don't party and because I'm conscious about my body size I haven't capitalise don this. I have lots of admiring female friends I could turn into fuckbuddies but I don't know how, somewhat lack the confidence and feel like I just need to change my mindset and kick my life into gear.

What do you guys think?

Really? In two years, does this mean that you'll have gone through all the required internship/residency/fellowship and can open up your own office, or is it that you're finishing med school and need more training?

Hello.
