Well, the guy is banned so not sure if its even worth replying, but why not. I think it just depends on the goal, whether you're just trying to sleep with them or have a relationship with them.
For one night stands, you have to be pretty high value, lucky, or use all of your resources. Usually you'll have to get them liquored up and alcohol is mostly always involved. Or you have to use your resources for the clubs, etc. Pretty self-explanatory. It's pretty difficult to be an 8 or below yourself and wanting to get constant 8's for the night without really offering anything. Any guy in the city will take them home for the night, why you? You'll have to differentiate yourself by using your money.
For a relationship, it's gotta come through social circle. Finding girls at clubs or on tinder is just not the right basis to meet them, I think most 8+ already know every guy wants them for their looks, and will resist giving it up until comfort is built somewhat. Unless they just want some D for the night, which they can prob get anywhere, and if you're lucky its you. Mostly, you just have to give a time investment and security. They need to be shown they're not just going to be pumped and dumped. I recently heard of a friend who spent 2 Years trying to get an 8, and she finally said Yes after 2 years of denying him, and they really hit it off on the date. Every 8 has those guys, and has guys that are successful, good looking, etc. who want them for the night. You're niche has to be displaying that you're one of those successful, good looking guys thats also going to stick around long term. And that will take quite a bit of time investment into them.

I think Phase 2 is more about inner game. It's the "be yourself" game that people hate to hear about. They don't understand that "be yourself" game is about being yourself after you spent years changing yourself into the person who you really wanted to be and something about that triggers women's desire for confidence and security. There is a huge difference between faking confidence, abundance mentality, and the ability to walk away versus actually having these things. I've faked this stuff with a couple of girls who were higher value than me but it didn't last long. You might be able to fake it for a short time but you can't fake it for long. And if you are playing out of your league then your high value girl will likely be the one with psychological problems which means that she isn't truly a high value in the context of a relationship.
I think Phase 2 is all about the "strong identity" but you don't get there because of your desire for women. You get there because you have a burning desire to become a different man and getting higher value women is something that naturally happens after you go through that process. You might go through Phase 2 and decide you want to bang hotter girls but you might go through Phase 2 and decide you want a wife and kids. You may not know because you are focused on yourself and your mission. Women are a secondary concern.
Phase 1 is like upgrading but Phase 2 is changing. It's much more difficult and much more painful.
OP is a self-made millionaire and he gets all the 7s he can handle but if you read his posts you see that he is incongruent. He doesn't know what he wants. He doesn't have this strong identity. He talks about maintaining relationships but he meets girls at bars and through Tinder. He talks about night game but improving his physique seems to be the one thing that he hasn't done. I think he's already gone after all the low-hanging fruit. He's done all the upgrades. Now he has to decide if he wants to go through the painful process of changing.
This is a bit off-topic but I think this book that I've written is one reason that it is very natural for older men to be with younger women. A woman's peak value is during her peak physical state but a man's peak value is after he has gone through this process which takes a lot of time.

I think there's some beneficial things to this post by the OP. Main being "Who buys?" Is it the woman or the man. Assuming a man has a couple of million and can't get girls 8+ it's because he's maxed out his selling value.
I think you can sell yourself (game, charisma, wealth, lifestyle, etc) to girls 7 and below. But to get girls 8,9,10 you need to get them to sell themselves to you.
The concept is the same as Apple. They don't need to sell themselves anymore. Other companies do by offering better cpu, camera, ram, hard drive and so on.
The key is going from a Lenovo/Asus laptop to an Apple and how to do that.
Some people say it's lifestyle, some say it's money etc.
I think it's a mindset, but very hard to explain. I'm not quite there but I'd like to hear from some players that are. I'll explain further if no one does, but it'll be weakened by the fact that I haven't been able to do it consistently.

If you're only getting numbers and makeouts, then your game isn't even as good as you think. You just seem like a narcissist that's full of himself. But in actuality you're probably lame in real life. Obviously the money will attract women initially, but if you've got a shitty personality it won't get you anywhere.
You say you've "interacted with thousands of women"... So what does that mean? You only talk to women? Wow, congratulations on just talking to women. Unless you're having sex with these women, any other interaction is irrelevant. Gay hair stylists interact with women everyday too
