First and foremost, use the search function to look up data sheets and find similarities that you want to experience, in terms of food, women, and entertainment. These cities all have differences that may make you want to pick one over the other.

Second, all those countries you can do on any budget. Whats more important is your budget and how long you will be there. Post some more info about your budget. There are plenty of guys on here with experience in all of those cities and they will be glad to guide you.
