What are "the right spots"?
In these cities I have been few days mostly for work, but the ratios were amazing. Also these places in Mexico are famous for having the nicest girls. I have met a lot of girls from these cities and I guarantee that the quality is very high.
Culiacan, is in the state of Sinaloa where half of the miss Mexico come from. The girls are taller than in the rest in Mexico (~1.65-1.7) and slim. A lot of them have ligth eyes, green and blue. Culiacan is also famous because is the city where the Cartel de Sinaloa is located (big drug dealer group) but believe it or not the city is no super dangerous as very few people messes with that city. You can see Ferraris and Lamborginis in the street.
Hermosillo is in Sonora and the girls are very straightforward. The city is around 1MM people (my estimation) and the people is very friendly and a lot of them speak english. I went to a night club and the thing was friend, but specially the ratio women to men was very good. Gringos and in general foreigners that look like foreigners have good acceptance among girls. The thing there that is great is also the meat, Hermosillo is famous also for their stakes. The girls are very small town girls with desires to "experience the world" so you can do well there.
Chihuahua (also the name of the state) where the slogan of the state if the BIG state, because people is also famous for being tall. Girls are very friendly, but conservative as well. Girls are hot in body, face not that much in my opinion, but big boobs and nice asses are everywhere.
In all those places, your best bet is to visit the touristic places and do a lot of day game while asking for directions etc.
At night find out where the "TEC girls go" those are the places you need to start with. TEC de Monterrey is the most prestigious university in Mexico with campuses in may cities.
The university is expensive, so the high end girls go there to study. Usually those are the hottest girls and they speak english and love to be chased by foreigners.. If anything, maybe be careful In Culiacan avoid places where you see Ferraris and Laborginish as those are the narco spots.
Also in these cities the best is to go during spring or autum and summer can be very hot (~45-50C) and winter cloudy. Keep in mind that these are "small" cities, so logistic is easier, but they are big enough so the girls can relax to some extent and not being worried that they would be spot behaving bad like in small villages in EE countries.
Get a TELCEL prepaid sim, girls might not make out in public that much, but if they like you they will start texting with you and visit you in your hotel or apartment. If possible better get and apartment, girls like better that, as they don't like to go to a hotel where they might run into a relative or somebody they know.
