Broadway Explorers Patriarchy in a World Where Men Have Been Exterminated

Quote:Quote:

It's a tale as old as time. We all know William Shakespeare's story of two star-crossed adolescents and their forbidden love than led to their ultimate demise....

But its latest adaptation strips the story of its hetero-normative structure. R + J is a genderqueer adaptation of the classic play, premiering off-Broadway this fall. Adapted and directed by Molly Houlahan, it features a diverse cast of six female and gender-nonconforming actors, as well as a fully female and gender-nonconforming crew.

Set in a not-too-distant future, R + J takes place 50 years after society has exterminated cisgender men. As the government still relies on martial law to keep the factions in check, two young heirs unexpectedly fall in love. One is from the Montagues, the militaristic warmongers responsible for the purge of society's men. The other is the Capulets, controllers of information and the media, fighting to regain independence from a sovereign state.

Houlahan uses the classic tale to explore mainstream feminism, patriarchal structures, and a society struggling to rebuild in their wake.

So mainstream feminism is now exploring genocide. Who could have seen this coming? Not surprisingly this man-free world is utterly devoid of femininity.

Quote:Quote:

The cast and crew are 100% women or gender non-conforming, 62% queer, and 50% are people of color.

The only thing they all share in common is they are the ends of their family lines.

So of all the Shakespeare plays to adapt with an LGBTWTFBBQ+ cast, she picks the one where the title characters both commit suicide at the end.

Read "the Gates To Women's Country" by feminist sci-fi whackadoodle author Sheri Tepper.

I remember the first time reading it, I was just a young fool, but it gave me my first few glimmerings of the Redpill (note this was 10 years before The Matrix so of course the term redpill didn't even exist, but hey).

Equally batshit is C. J. Cherryh, who wrote dozens of books all with the identical themes of men being tortured endlessly by female aliens, but then falling in love with them anyway.

That's when I first began to realize, even if it was hazy, that women are truly less mature than men, and truly, very unpleasant little creatures.

The immediate exception that comes to mind is J.R.R. Tolkien, but any author who writes under their name like "C.J. Cherryh" is often a woman, and her writing often sucks.

Makes sense and it makes you wonder how they were able to exterminate all heterosexual men?

And the gays are now sperm donors? What if a male child gets born? Instant murder?

Besides - 50 years without men would make civilization look like this:

Insane feminazi "art" - their hatred for heterosexuality and men is truly amazing - I do think that a lot of them would exterminate all men if they could.

No, I won't have that. Completely inaccurate, you should be ashamed for spreading such propaganda:

Implying that 50 years without men that they would still have fire...come on now.

Reminds me of that Rollo Tomassi premise, whereby historically, women where always on the receiving end of the rape side of rape & pillage & thus began to incorporate 'stockholm syndrome' into their DNA.
Modern day European supplication to arrogant, aggressive African & Arab migrants being a recent example.

So for this C.J. Cerryh to insinuate that men would fall in love with their tormentors?
That's just some rather weird expression & projection of the inherent female stockholm syndrome sentiment towards their captors.

As for the premise of "R + J" (cause it's much easier to simply write R & J as opposed to creating a clever title...), the obvious question comes to mind.
How in the Sam hell would all the normal men be killed off & by whom?

The world will still be powered with oil in a world without men.

It will just be land-whale oil.

I remember a movie from my youth (might be much older but i saw it around 1999-2005) on the scifi channel which featured a female-only society and one of the women actually had a son or something. Sadly that's all I remember.

I see a Metro 2033 type lifestyle in the future, maybe the next 30 or so years.

This idea the only women suffered sexual violence in history is stupid. All you need to do is look at a US Prison to know how much bullshit this idea is...

I promise you that 600 years ago when the Turkish army came rolled into your town they raped everything with an available hole. I once read a diary where the mayor of a town claimed they raped him and all his sons... then raped his prize cow.

I had a conversation with this woman thats an airforce veteran. She literally thinks that if every country gave up their military there would be no more violence. I asked her if got rid of the police and let people mitigate their own disputes if that would be a good idea. She initially said YES! However, after I tossed out some examples she back tracked after thinking about it. I then asked if she can understand why a strong military is important and she grudgingly agreed.

This chick was a veteran and smarter than most. How many are too dumb or too ensconced in liberal politics to ever understand human nature. Part of the red pill is acknowledging our own nature as men.

That's literally the plot line in the new Star Wars Disney crap. The entire fucking galaxy de-militarized and the shitty First Order took over.

The funny thing is that when a country gives up it's military fully, then a heavily armed cartel of 10.000 men could conquer a country of 100 mio. Everyone throwing away his gun while one psycho holds on to his makes you just victim to a few psychopaths and there will always be psychopaths - both male as well as female.
