Hey guys I play in a rec league and have to tuck in my jersey. When I play my shorts keep riding up, any methods to stop this?

I do not know if this is a joke post or not, but in case it is not, have you tried under armor/compression shorts and shirts underneath yet? If not, try different undergarment solutions first or change your jersey size.
