Young Man thread- 25 and under

Like a lot of guys in this part of the internet, I've felt a bit of anxiety
in regard to what my future holds. Especially in regard to women and future career choices. I'm currently 21 and feel fortunate to have discovered the Manosphere as young as I did because I really believe that there is a lot of invaluable information here that is saving us from future pain further down the road.

In this thread, I am mostly hoping to compare notes with other young guys to see
what their views and plans are for travel, career, religion, self-improvement, and marriage in the modern world. I've noticed that a lot of guys on this forum have more unconventional lifestyles compared to the average guy and I definitely admire the ballsiness that some guys here have to get to where they want to be.

Also, I did come across this thread here, thread-52764.html ,but I'm not sure it is the direction I am hoping for this thread and the previous thread had very few responses.

I would also be interested to see older guys chime in here and perhaps share their thoughts on different issues as well.

I love the idea of this, as I’m 20 and have a lot of plans for the future. A little backstory: I went to college for a year and half and decided I was wasting my money. Basically, all I did was sell drugs and party (which I lowkey miss). Currently I’m a car salesman and making decent money. I’m also working with a business to list and rank their products on amazon and building funnels for local businesses.

My lease ends in February, shortly after my 21st birthday, and I want to move but I’m not exactly sure where. Ideally, I would like to scale my online consulting and marketing business and travel the world. I have a buddy that lives in Budapest doing this exact thing. I’ve also been thinking about selling cars in Atlanta, where I could easily make over six figures and initially live with family. I’m also considering going back to school but I have a feeling I’ll find myself in the same (or worse) situation.

Long story short, I definitely feel a lot of anxiety and pressure in regards to my future and the decisions I make. Unfortunately, I’m holding myself back with a bad weed habit I can’t kick.

In conclusion, I’m learning to enjoy the daily grind and can’t wait to move to a more exciting area.

Not a bad idea for a thread, but why place it in the deep forum? That`s intended more for philosophical/science related issues etc. Better to put it in the life or everything else section! Just a friendly tip.

Thanks a lot, man. And, I was hoping to list it under Everything Else, but ended up putting it here. I'll see if I can change it.

Haha, yeah I guess I should have written it was for super young guys. As far as I'm
concerned, 30 is still quite young. Also, Rollo Tomasi believes a man is at his prime at age 35.

I can relate, man. I think for a lot of guys it comes down to getting a good 9-5, but at the same time having an exciting life and living in different places. I'm currently in college and should be graduating in 1-2 years, but I'm not quite sure I even want to do what I'm studying.
Also, I would be interested to know what kind of online consulting and marketing you do. Might be an interesting idea for a thread.

A few things I would tell my 20-25 year old self;

-Don`t smoke or do drugs. Ever. (I never did drugs, but smoked like a chimney until I was 27.

-Only drink alcohol twice a month at the max, and not in crazy amounts either when you do drink. (I know that`s hard when you`re out, but it`s worth it. Also improves your game I think.)

-Do some form of resistance exercise routine 3 times a week, and keep doing it consistently. Be generally physically active. (Lots of low- intensity activities like hiking, biking, fishing etc.)

-Try consuming a primarily Paleo type diet. Meat, (+organ meats) fish, vegetables, tart fruits, berries, nuts and seeds mostly. Stay away from flour, sugar, seed oils, low-fat dairy as much as you can.

-Remember that no matter how shitty life can feel, (less so if you follow the advice above) your feelings are very transient. Just wait for a while, and whatever feeling/problem you have will dissepate or be altered.

We will stomp to the top with the wind in our teeth.
