Diplomacy by Action Star - a new phenomenon

Well, I guess this is the New World Order, just real live 80s and 90s action stars travelling around the world making peace and order. Just like in their films.

First we had Dennis Rodman bring North Korea to heel:

Now Putin is a smart guy and doesn't want to be outdone by the US, so he too got himself an action star, namely Steven Seagal:

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has made U.S. actor Steven Seagal its special representative for Russian-U.S. humanitarian ties. The role is meant to deepen cultural, art, and youth ties between the two countries.

This is the actual Trump World Order.

We can now have our childhood heroes negotiate peace for mankind.

I think it's pretty obvious that the Sun King aka president Macron is next and he will recruit based Jean Claude Van Damme:

Everyone needs to get their own Action Hero now to do diplomacy. Countries without action heroes are going to be left in the dust.

That leaves, Arnold, Dolph Lundgreen, Bruce Willis, Marc Singer, and Mickey Rourke. Stallone I think is in Trump cabinet.

Arnold has been cucked to death, sadly.

He won't be back.

Macron picking Jean is like a mouse picking a cat for its dinner partner.

In all sincerity, how is stuff like this any worse than how ambassadorships are usually given out - some donor's wife's aunt or something.

Worse?

It's great.

This is "reality" collapsing in free fall. As you say, how is this different than choosing some donor wife, or worse, some bugman with a "diploma". This is much better, and there is symbolism here, return of the action hero, the strong man.

I've written about this before, how the action hero died in the early 90s (film: Last Action Hero), since the powers that be decided it was time to go full feminism (Swarzenegger in Junior). The times they are a-changing and now we have a need for masculine qualities in the world again, so the action heros make a final hurrah. And it's not these new buffoonish action heros, no, it is the 80s action heros, last decade of the Free West.

Much is possible in this new Trumpian world. I for one welcome our new action hero overlords.
