Skiing - I have seen some guys in their 60s and 70s still tearing up the mountain.

Attracts a higher status crowd and is also less physically demanding than other sports.

Might want to avoid heavy amounts of mogul skiing though, it can destroy your knees over time.

You beat me to it.

Pro tip, if you ski the moguls right they don’t destroy your knees.

But for 45 year old amateurs your knees will be destroyed before you become a pro, best to make a sport of ski bunnies instead.

Sports for the middle age man

I started running two years ago at 51. Since then I have done several 5Ks and two half marathons and am running another half marathon on Sunday. I have done strength training/weights and walking/biking and other cardio workouts my entire life, but running is something I never really enjoyed until I gave it one more try and now I love it! Last month I started to add yoga (again something I had tried in the past but never really loved, until now!) I didn't realize what a great workout it is!

Brazilian jiu jitsu. Good for all ages, Especially for the guys who wrestled in their younger years.

Banging hotties in their early 20`s counts for sport doesn`t it?

All the skiers I know either stopped organically or stopped after a blown out knee. I guess if you work in an office you can risk it.
