I don't really blame her, she's just following the money. Acting red-pill, really.
Stories like this really highlight one of the big lies of feminism -- that a woman is more valuable to society when she uses anything other than her sexuality. When you look at how much money women can make as strippers or escorts per hour, compared to being even a lawyer or doctor, it becomes clear. This is really just a manifestation of "sperm is cheap, eggs are expensive" -- as it is men who have to earn money and transfer that to women, be it in the form of marriage or prostitution.
Feminism is fundamentally a denial of economic reality. No wonder feminism and socialism are always so intertwined.
This is true, but only for a brief window of time and only for the top-ranking women.
The big money can be made in the sex fields when women are roughly ages 18-28. After that it's straight downhill, except when it comes to fetish MILF stuff (and except for porn actresses who become genuine stars).
If you go on Seeking Arrangement and do searches, you'll notice the women drop off after age 30 or so. That's because there is next to no market for older "Sugar Babies." Go into a strip club and the women are usually ages 18-24, with older broads being a novelty.
According to
The Daily Beast, the most popular search term for men when it comes to porn is "barely legal."
Men are biologically geared to desire young, fertile women. You will never change biology. The media might show us hot 50-year-olds like Jennifer Aniston, and while those women are hot, they're the exception, not the rule.
And here's another (very important) aspect of this discussions: When it comes to selling sexuality, only the top 30-40 percent of women ages 18-28 can really capitalize on it.
Ever gone to a strip club on an amateur night and seen average women dance? It's embarrassing. Women who you'd think were cute in real life suddenly look grotesque and misshapen when viewed against true hotties.
And then there are the women we don't notice who rank below a 5. There are scads of 'em. Money-wise, their eggs have little value and there is no way in hell they could ever rake in the bucks in the sex industry even at 18, much less after that.
Maybe it's time to revise the "Eggs = valuable; sperm = cheap" concept when it comes to capitalism. Eggs win in the short-term for a select group of women, but sperm is more valuable over the long-term, for most men at least.
I keep coming across Gen X women who never married and are now living off their dad's money. This is THE PERFECT metaphor for our discussion. They didn't capitalize on their looks during their short-lived hot period, so they ended up falling back on the tried-and-true male-generated funds when they hit a rough patch and there was no husband around to help.
