Is it time to push the self destruct button on the travel section?

Playing devil's advocate here... I think this might have a positive effect on the destinations, but the effect would be very limited.
This is due to the fact that, at best, this site and its forum can realistically, at best, only take a small portion of the credit/debit (however you view it) for more guys visiting in particular CE and FSU destinations. Roosh himself said it on his blog as a reply to a comment, accepting the blame but (in my opinion correctly) constraining his effect to a small drop in the bucket.
The thing about Central and Eastern Europe is, it's not really that big. There is still a kind of "village effect". I can imagine, for example, one day that Tallinn, Estonia might have been an ideal place for me; lovely blondes and a wonderful castle glistening in the winter snow, all at 1/3 of the cost of staying at home in the US. However, add just a few years of just a few day game spammers in the form of independent groups, and of course bootcamp groups, and the ROI of your daygame is severely diminished as girls get approached almost as much as homeless beggars approaching in the main tourist square.
Even bigger cities have over time succumbed to this same effect. As far as pure game goes, Roosh is pro-travel but obviously less over time as he to his credit gives real time updates about the declines he has observed over the recent years. But he is generally more of a night game guy than a day game spammer. Here is where the real blame goes with the likes of Torero (the ultimate day game spammer), Krauser, daygame.com guys like Yad, and other PU companies like Street Attraction. There are also competent daygamers who independently teach bootcamps.
Even without the above daygame spamming across EE, however, other factors have made things a lot more difficult none of which are due to increased approach spam in EE. Globalization: smartphones. Poor Ukrainian village girls with a smartphone now know how desired they are and can get a sense of their value on the world market. Cheap budget flights from the UK are cheaper than 200 km train tickets such are the high prices of UK train tickets combined with low prices of budget flights. If you live in the west or north of the UK, you can often fly to some European destination and then from there to London cheaper than you can go direct by train. Globalization in the form of the EU has been another shot to our exotic value. Turks not even in the EU flood the Ukraine both in real life and online.
Things are already declined enough to where shutting the travel section on the forum wouldn't do much good now. Even shutting it down 5 years ago, still not much effect. There's just too many factors pushing ROI down that are bigger than one internet forum, factors that not even the new Hitler aka Angela Merkel, de facto president of the EU, could do much to change. Even Vladimir Putin, who prides himself on executive orders i.e. being commander in chief with power to get some specific thing done if he gives the order, can do nothing unless he bans smartphones and the internet in Russia. I don't think he sees the insidious effects of it on the women of his country, so when Putin can't make a difference you know something is difficult to change.
The only thing that would work is a worldwide ban on the internet, smartphones, social media, the reversal of globalization, dismantling the EU, removal of budget airlines, removal of toxic western influences on culture of FSU countries etc. etc., all the things that contributed to the decline, then waiting a generation or two to see if "Green shoots" do appear or not.
Then there's the fact that has always been true regardless. The girls who are open to foreigners can be hot, but they're usually not the best LTR material. They may still be great personality wise compared to western girls, but those chaste, traditional, real LTR worthy girls require you to be of the same culture and usually to have grown up together and known each other a long time. That's where the real quality is had both in looks and more dramatically in personality. This is why for example Roosh with his dark exotic look and game skill may have been able to bang many girls in EE and have a few LTRs, but he has not decided to start a family with any of these girls. Most guys in the US would think a lot of these girls are amazing in temperament, but Roosh has extra vital knowledge of red flags and is therefore not going to stand for bullshit while other guys may let it slide or simply not notice. This "anti-foreigner" aspect of the best quality girls has become exponentially more pronounced after globalization, PUA spam and all the other reasons above, but due to humans' tribal nature it has always been present.
I see Roosh has transitioned recently in any case from "travel and bang" to a more philosophical choice of topics, which is natural as he outgrows certain things and matures. Also, the ROI, and the quality of looks and even more so of personality has decreased in EE to the extent that it's not necessarily a case that EE girls mostly have great temperaments, they are just "relatively good" in this respect, key word being relative. (i.e. to the Anglosphere) And even then it isn't always clear cut. You can find some traditional girls in Tennessee who make good wife material by US standards, and will share your language and certain aspects of culture, or you can go to South Carolina colleges and other southern state state colleges to find sometimes ditzy but pleasant and fun southern belles. They require excellent game to get and keep in the US market of course, but travel abroad isn't for every man. The language barrier is more frustrating a cockblock than you would think, and if you try to learn a EE language who knows whether it will be worth it in the end.
If there were any "golden secrets" held on this public forum they were out years ago. Now this section is more for sharing experiences and basic questions and answers from generous members. It's almost like you're thinking of it as a map to the "Secret poosy paradises" of the world but there really are none, both due to worldwide price of pussy inflation and the ever present caveat: YMMV, that one man's paradise can be another man's disappointment due to subjective preferences and differing physical and mental characteristics not just limited to raw "SMV".

P.S. I agree that Dragan should FHRITP and has probably received a lot of gracious advice from generous forum members on this matter, but what else can you do. The seduction process is not a team sport, both the pain and the glory of unsuccessful attempts and successful attempts at going through the process are ultimately performed and experienced alone.
