Weekends and there are women everywhere.

Weekdays, not so much.

Anyone recommend any good places on a weekday?

You have to go out earlier around 6PM. People go out for drinks after work with friends but they don't stay out partying all night. For this River North or the West Loop is really good. Take a walk up and down Hubbard between Lasalle and State and go from there or hit Federales / Randolph Street in the West Loop. If the weather is great any good rooftop will be busy. Depends on your scene though, if you're into clubs you have to check to see if there's a popular DJ playing somewhere, if so it may be busy.
