That wasn't so bad, but what was lame is I would take the excess denim and make bracelets out of them, using safety pins and studs to make them look something like this (but much shittier):

One later ended up marrying one of my best friends. This was after she spent a year of high school blowing or giving handies to most of the guys in our circle of friends but not him (she was the first girl to touch my penis, in fact). Funny thing is he easily could have hooked up with her too but was too busy being faithful to another girl who wasn't nearly as attractive. They reconnected about 6 years after high school and only started dating then.

They're still married and have 5 kids. To this day I have no idea if he remembers all of that and doesn't care or if he legitimately forgot about it and I'm not about to ask. My friends and I used to go roller skating almost every week, sometimes twice on weekends. They had old timey organ music for the early session, then Disco Skating from 10-midnight!

I dropped out of a free, state-of-the-art, tech-focused honors high school to go back to my shitty public school because "it was gay" and only nerdfags were good at computers. Only a few kids from every town in my county were accepted there, most of whom are now super successful. However, going to the smart high school caused me to be late to practice every day for my public highschool's 0-20 basketball team, and I was 100% convinced this was the reason I wasn't getting any playing time. Varsity ball was of the UTMOST IMPORTANCE.

I ended up quitting the team my senior year anyway.

Mine didn't even have a snaggletooth. Just flat, boring brown hair and a plain face on top of a body that was legit something out of an anime. But for some reason back then it was all about the face.
