Just out of curiosity, how have you been taking it? Because that's a lot of weight to drop in just a few days. You feeling okay? Because if you feel fine and you're still working out and stuff, then no problem. But if you start to get sick.... yikes.

Gym every other day, I am actually combining the diet with only smoking weed with my brothers (instead of nightly) so I'm basically not very hungry.

Sounds legit then. Just was curious, but you've dropped some serious weight and good on you. I didn't realize the "weed" thing was an issue, but okay. Sounds like you're handling it well. In your photos, you don't appear to be as overweight as I imagined (but of course you just lost a shit-ton of weight in no time). You're just a big guy. But, it's still totally cool that you've set yourself on this adventure. It's nice being healthy and even nicer feeling well about your appearance--especially looking good naked, when you have to.

What provoked you to the nofap thingy?

I've been doing it on and off but I've decided porn and masturbation is a weapon against masculinity. And I want to fuck more when I don't jack off.

But yeah haven't drank in 7 months hard drugs longer, weed and vaping nicotine are my only vices (other than food before the diet.) Since the diet I don't want munchies while fasting.

Edit: as far as the weight I'm 6'3" and you can see have muscle, earlier I clarified with SamuelB I'm not a fat bastard and held the weight somewhat ok.

I suggested that those cravings would go away. They don't even exist to me anymore. I eat one meal a day (kinda a large meal, for me) then I'm done. I used to have snacks and silly things right before my eating window closed, but I don't even do that now. I eat my food, and I eat a lot, by my standards, but I'm not a huge guy. So, once that's over, it's over. I quit eating sugar... That was kind of a big thing. I won't eat it anymore. It's poison.

Also off sugar, how do you feel about Splenda and stevia? (heavy coffee drinker)

Edit: top 2 are the "could pass for Jason with an axe" shots

Also stopped counting calories, force feeding myself in the beginning ended up being 2000 calories or less it's not possible for me to overeat healthy food for 4-6 hours.

I drink coffee and black tea (not herbal tea which has calories) and I use both Stevia and Splenda. If I had to choose one, it'd be Stevia, but since I don't make the tea I drink, it comes with Splenda. That's the only thing i drink with Splenda. I think Stevia is the better option.

I'm a pretty heavy coffee drinker, too when I'm on my diet. Always sweetened with Stevia.

There is no more sugar in my diet. No more fast food--ever (in a situation meltdown, I may get a Subway, but other than that....). I have plenty of time to prepare my food and if I plan properly and don't be lazy, this is an easy situation to control. Start fucking up, being lazy, being hungover, and the wheels fall off the wagon...

Know what my friend does? He got a crock pot. He cooks an entire chicken, vegetables and rice without hardly lifting a finger. He does that twice/week and feeds off leftovers the rest of the time.

I just bought one, but have only used it to make rice, so far, but it has a separate level that you can steam vegetables, and you can also make meat. It's not hard. Just follow the instructions. It takes you a couple minutes to prepare the food, then you put it in and lock it up. Magically it's cooked for you in a couple hours. Then you have food for the next few days and it's easy as shit to clean, cuz you just cooked everything in the same pot.

Just cooked this shit and it is AMAZING. Did this in the slow cooker. So easy. 1 lb pot roast and a 16 oz jar of pepperoncinis. 2 small chopped onions. One clove of crushed garlic. Set that shit up this morning before I hit the road. Prolly cooked 6 hours. When I came home, the house smelled awesome. And the food was exquisite. Give it a try.

I've been doing a 5 hour feeding window as well. Went from 207 to 193 in a little over a month.

I find a crockpot and a rice cooker to be extremely helpful. Chicken and rice for days.

Instant oatmeal with some milk also makes for a fast meal.

I also get the 11 lb bags of protein powder from MyProtein.com and I throw in 5 scoops of whey into a 40 oz shaker bottle, that gives me 100 grams of protein right there.

What I'm doing: intermittent fasting unless my schedule will not work. 5-6 days a week, count calories if I can't.

If I need to travel about 2.5 miles or less bike, been on the bike more than car lately (save money too.)

Got a job managing a place for a few months (plan as of now) where I'm on my feet the whole shift.

Lift every other day.

Dance to some tunes here and there in the apartment.

Semi nofap trying to do once every two weeks.

Cut way back on weed, I smoke with my brothers but not alone (no munchies.) I feel sharper as a result which is great.

After all the dieting strategies in my opinion the most important thing is sheer willpower. You need a legitimate disgust for your fat body. That's what I had when I lost the most weight I ever have, and it's what I didn't have when I failed a recent diet.
