I am gaming a girl.got her number and text her and tell her I would call her in the next 15mins, so I call her but didn't get her on the phone. A day after she reply to say she was busy. I told her I would ring her after that response, I didn't ring her but she has seen that message. This all happen on whatapps. What's next move ?

Hm. @OP I would like to know what purpose you would have to call the girl? Like if I were to call the girl usually there would be for a good reason: like to video call verify that she's indeed a human or something.

I am a guy and not even I accept calls from girls all the time. Especially if they do so out of the blue.

I don't understand why you couldn't just ask her out with text.

If she likes you, it shouldn't really matter if its over the call or text. Asking for a phone call is adding another extra pressure/demand on her which isn't really a good idea unless she already really likes you.
