Silvio Berlusconi: The Modern-Day Casanova

Will you be "sleeping with 8 women in one night (but could have had 11)" when you're 75 years old?

And not just any women--glamorous models, actresses, and young starlets.

Silvio Berlusconi, the Prime-Minister of Italy and media mogul, is the modern-day Casanova. Despite being nearly 75, his sexual exploits are well-known and continue to amaze younger generations of men who struggle with women. It might be interesting to deconstruct the case of this 5'6" man, who maintains a harem of beautiful women and jokes that "I'm just the prime minister in my spare time."

Berlusconi boasts of sleeping with eight women in one night

In one conversation taped by investigators in early 2009, Mr Berlusconi told him: "Last night I had a queue outside my door, there were 11 of them. I only managed to do eight of them, I couldn't manage any more. You just can't get round to all of them.

"But this morning I feel great, I'm pleased with my stamina."

...

Mr Tarantini allegedly tried to arrange a sleazy rendez-vous for his patron involving an underwear model, Francesca Lana, and a well-known actress, Manuela Arcuri. He also allegedly advised the women to wear short black dresses, but to avoid high heels because they would tower over the 5ft 6in prime minister.

Mr Berlusconi specified in one conversation: "Don't bring tall girls because we (he and his other guests) are not tall."

The transcripts reveal that Mr Berlusconi, who turns 75 later this month, had a particular penchant for what he described as "babes" in their early twenties, joking with Mr Tarantini that a showgirl who turned 29 was already becoming "an old lady".

No reports of Viagra, BTW--one model who spent time with him said Berlusconi didn't ingest anything other than "disgustingly sweet tea."

So how does he attract all those girls? He's a billionaire and takes care of them financially. It being Italy, of course, he doesn't have to hide any of his sexual exploits the way politicians do in America; he displays them proudly.

In terms of game, one could say that it's a prostitution ring, and therefore isn't pure seduction per se, but nonetheless the women actually admire him and like him, and it is true that he has charm. Some of them volunteer to supply their girlfriends to him.

Any thoughts on this man's success?

He's paying the women. Directly or Indirectly, in one way or another.

Even multi-millionaire pro footballers do that (Rooney, Ribery etc.).

Rock stars do that.

Top-Politicians as well...

There's nothing wrong with this. However, this has nothing to do with game.

Well, he's a billionaire. So I'd think it's in his best interest to pay women, instead of having to pay child support later. [Image: banana.gif]

Another good example like this is : Porfirio Rubiosa. Look it up. He was a dominican diplomat who managed to come from middle-class, married some of the richest women and became very rich himself. And had quite a few women, incluiding Marilyn Monroe.

"Any thoughts on this man's success?"

Would you rather be Silvio Berlusconi or Mystery?

"There's nothing wrong with this. However, this has nothing to do with game."

Italian homeboy is light years beyond Game.

He is banging 8 models a night.

Anyway you slice it you can't do better than that.

Would it really respect him more if the guy was saying "Who lies more, guys or girls?" and wore fuzzy top hats?

This is the perfect example of where money, power, and status trumps game. "Money over bitches."

Why is everyone assuming he doesn't have game just because he's rich? Its just as likely that he's a billionaire politician AND he's got god tier game. He certainly doesn't look like a chump who lives via his money.

We need a leader here who games bitches.
I have always loved how the European politicians pull tail like mad and get props from the people.

We need a dude like that here and I'm not talking Clinton shit. More like some G manifesto hybrid.

This guy IS game. Status, power, money. He is the epitome of all things most of us dream to be. He could stutter, wear Depends, and suck his thumb at night and models would still line up to fuck. To them it's like buying a lottery ticket. They would do ass to mouth just for the chance to be seen in public with this cat. Game is for poor ugly old mother fuckers, like me.

Rofl, well put.

What I meant was, that it seems he's getting flak of the "its just because he's rich" variety. I'm figuring this guy is rich, powerful, and smooth as all hell. Total package.

He is banging 8 girls a night, but they are ALL prostitutes. Yes, he is rich. But, this is not game. Any chump with enough money could be doing exactly the same.

Paying prostitutes for sex does not require game. If anything, it is anti-game.

Most likely, although I wouldn't be so sure. Power, status and fame are major attraction factors for women, and he has all of them, so his real (not demonstrated) value is high. And it is known - he doesn't need to wear fuzzy hats and run magic tricks to demonstrate it. When girls are lining up in hope to be invited into your party (and you only invite a few of them - qualification), you don't really need game.

Unfortunately the holier-than-thou majority in America won't survive it. Too many people here are getting nothing, and become really jealous by such minor things like someone got his cock sucked by an intern. So if it happens again, the USA again will become the laughing stock for the rest of the world for a few years - and at the same time the majority of the population would tell you they are Doing The Right Thing.

As others have said, a time comes where game can't compete or doesn't even matter in front of real wealth, power, status and fame.
Every woman dreams of power, fabulous wealth, fame, ultimate status and influence. And it doesn't get any wealthier, more powerful and influential and high status than Berlusconi. The man is among the 10 richest men on the planet, is the prime minister of Italy, owns and controls about 50% of the Italian media (tvs, newspapers, in a lot of ways, he is the Italian Murdoch, says it all really) and is the epitome of the rags to riches as he was from a humble background to where he is now. Good for him, I applaud and admire him. I may not agree with his political views but as a business man, he is among the absolute best the world has known. And as a HUGE AC Milan fan, I will always be grateful to him for what he has done to my team.

Thanks for saying it so I didn't have to.

Some men have many combinations of the above (status, power, money) but still don't know how to wield it properly to their advantage.

Isn't that proper wielding what we call game? Taking what you got and making it work the best for you. His game is just way different then, say, mine. But its still there.

Im genuinely trying to understand this idea that he "doesn't need game" or is "beyond it"

Aliblahba is correct.

This guy is Game. ("Game" in this example being the true use of the word before pua dorks co-opted it).

Or Beyond Game. ("Game" in this example being the weesh use of the word after pua dorks co-opted it).

Ask yourself, would you rather be Silvio Berlusconi or Mystery?

Being very rich has it own sort of charm alone, and the confidence that can come from it can help a lot. When your looking at Berlusconi, fame, status, power, money, charisma, etc all mix into one slop and it's hard to separate what's what. Lets not investigate someone like Berlusconi, who is on money alone part of a group of a few thousand billionaires out of 7 billion people.

Also when your a billionaire, it's just fucking cheaper to buy a girl than to go through hours and hours of bullshit and gaming. I remember seeing a craigslist ad from a rich guy who's sick of girl bullshit, doesn't want a relationship and basically lists very picky personality/interests (vegan, etc) requirements for a college aged girl for a wage of about $40k annually. Human action in terms of incentives get really fucking whack when you make mega cash, look at this infographic for an example: http://imgur.com/0nPEA

Anyone thinks this guy only has money.......................

OK..............

Go spend some time in Silicon Valley with Google billionaires, hedge fund guys, other rich guys.

Watch them get bitched out at a dinner table, and live in fucking fear of their women.

Then come back to this thread with you (now-informed) opinions.

Money matters, and a man should have both, and although game + money > game: It's still game > money.

The real question here is: who would want to be Mystery?

Dude looks like some freakishly dressed vampire wannabe and sounds like an insecure nerd.

What I am wondering here is: how did Berlusconi do it? How did he achieve absolute freedom? The man has achieved something only very very very few men have. Total freedom.

I am a 19-year-old guy and that is something I deeply yearn for. Freedom from worrying about stupid bullshit: like whether or not what you said was right or if you were creepy. Freedom from having to worry about money. Freedom from being controlled by the government. Freedom from having to find one woman to fuck until she becomes old and disgusting. Freedom in every way of the word possible. Berlusconi has it.

What I don't understand is why Berlusconi even needs whores. I don't doubt that the guy is as alpha as it gets, but it would seem that he could pull non-whores if he wanted. I don't know why he chooses to pay for it. That part certainly doesn't impress me.

I would respect Silvio if if wasn't so insistent on hold public office (also bought) while being clueless as a politician. Idiot is a joke to his country in political circle where networking is the most important ability you have to possess. He could have stayed a media mogul and had all he have now with regard to procuring women, but he got greedy and sunk Italy with him. For that he does not deserved our respect. A true leader and inspirer knows himself and does not let his ego get the better of him.

The Economist had an article on him a month or so ago called "The man who screwed an entire country". Can't link it now as I'm on my Android but it makes for a real tragicomic read.

Yeah, he's a corrupt bastard and I sure wouldn't want him for a leader. But if he ever extended an invitation to sail on his private yacht in Monte Carlo you can bet I'd be there.

I do know a few such guys, and yes while they did falter big-time when starting out, they never turned out to be perennial failures. The basic problem with these guys, and hence the existence of the stereotype, is that they start out late and end up making the rookie teenager mistakes in their twenties. Any man with a certain level of intelligence(and usually these guys have that in plenty) can figure out the game after a few trial-and-errors.

Game is a necessary evil
