Dulceacido the answer to your question is you will not find such women in the West because a hard life is more likely to produce a capable woman.
For example when I was in Colombia I met a young girl who was working in a tour/travel agency (in Bogotá). She was 19 and spoke perfect English which she taught herself. She had finished her first degree (a lot of Colombians start university at 16 from what I was told) while working full time and was about to start her second degree (while still working full time).
She lived with her parents and helped them with their small business on the weekends and the housework. She also helped look after her much younger sister. She told me she was trying to learn Korean in her spare time and that when she finished her second degree she wanted to try and and get a job overseas to save enough money to buy an apartment for her parents (they were renting). She also talks about her little sister and how much she adores her all the time. Now I’m not says the girl was perfect. She definitely had flaws but she was cute and had a firm sense of responsibility, cared about her family and was getting shit done in life. This girl was naive about a lot things in life but she was sharp enough that with a little bit of coaching/mentoring she could be the kind of girl you are describing.
