Sexual harassment is whatever makes women feel uncomfortable, says Japanese hamster

I'm a big fan of a YouTube channel called Asian Boss.
In this video the host is asking Japanese people on the street what they think of sexual harassment.
Several women comment that if something makes a woman feel uncomfortable it's sexual harassment.
The implication is that it's a woman's right to never be uncomfortable, and we should sick the law after any man who violates her precious comfort.
However, one of the things that always impresses me with these street interviews in Japan is that the Japanese often have contrasting, and quite reasonable viewpoints. Even the women.
Some of the girls are saying that it's the woman's responsibility as much as the man's to ensure her "comfort".
