For me, it worked great. If I take 2 pills a few hours before sex, I blow bigger loads, and orgasms feel even better. I can definitely tell a difference when I take them. Everybody is different though, I say give it a try. I get them at vitamin shoppe, but I'm sure you can get them at amazon or maybe gnc.
