I'm in my late 20s. I've found myself at a point in my life where I'm happy but looking for another challenge.

The past couple years I've taken fitness more seriously and have got in good shape and will continue that lifelong journey.

I have a successful career that allows me to travel a fair amount and I make enough money now where anything additional is just a bonus.

I have a good group of friends but am looking to expand it as more and more of my friend settle into long-term relationships and marriages. I have decent success with women but am trying to up the ante in terms of quality. Part of that is becoming a better man.

Many work nights I find myself wasting time on the internet so I want to replace some of that with something more productive.

Where else should I invest my time? What things have you guys taken up that have improved your life?

Throw your TV out the window. No more news telling what to be afraid of. No more sitcoms telling you when to laugh. No more commercials telling you what to buy to make you feel important. No more politics.

Then fall in love with dancing, whatever kind of dancing that is. Don't just dance to kill the time in a club or to pick up women; dance to feel free. Then women and new friends will flock to you because you have something they want -- freedom and the ability to forget the things that haunt you.

See life for what it is -- 28,000 days of choice. Don't choose to be a slave to emotions, anger, depression, and doubt.

Choose instead to be free and a creator of your own reality, because death will come for you sooner or later.

Honor, Mastery , Courage.

Whenever I look to take the next step in life I ask myself if I am advancing and developing these virtues.

From what you have written it seems that you have worked on your health and your career . What do you do that defines you ? What is your passion? In my humble opinion most folks have completely forgotten the answer to the above question in their search for material gain. only you can answer it. Ask yourself if you were on your death bed what would you have done with this time...then fuck it all and go do it!

When the answer comes to you . Work on mastering it . Become passionate about it . Do it for yourself , not fakebook friends or instagram . Find like-minded men that share your passion and develop long lasting friendships with them as you work to master whatever it is you have chosen as your path.

Go into seclusion for a bit. Total isolation outside of work and other important relationships and see how much you can do without. Strip away the fat from your life and then really think before you add new things. Take a journey into true austerity.

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.
