Can you be more specific about your hypothetical situation?

No.

We've already dragged this thread far enough off-topic. If you genuinely want to become better informed about gun safety practices, feel free to PM me, but I don't see the point of discussing this any further here.

Thanks, really. Do they have airsoft in China or are you limited to throwing rocks? [Image: tard.gif]

LGBTQ Student Leader Shot And Killed By Cops At Georgia Tech

Hey all, I understand there's no point in replying to a thread that's almost a year old, but I was at Tech when this happened, so I just wanted to clarify some things about this incident so that other people who might stumble upon this thread are up to speed on the situation.

During the 911 call this kid initially made telling the cops he was going to try something rash or kill "themselves" or whatever, the dude said he had a gun, so when police officers arrived on the scene, they could also have been suspecting that Scout had a gun in his pocket even though he had only drawn a knife. This was all the more justification for the cop deciding to fire the weapon.

Additionally, this incident was on a Saturday night if I remember correctly, and the following Saturday night, Antifa demonstrators and rioters stormed our campus and starting brawling with police. There's video out there of cops tackling idiots just down the street from where my dorm was, pretty surreal when I watched it. The antifa thugs even managed to set a police SUV on fire, by chucking a flare onto the driver's seat after an officer left the door open. Interestingly enough, I also remember this Scout dude sitting on the bus across from me one time, and he had an antifa button on his backpack, right next to a Pride flag button.

Regardless, the overwhelming majority of Tech students supported the cops, while some were pissed and claimed police brutality and hate crimes, and later the student gov successfully petitioned the President of our college for more funding for mental health facilities and full-time therapists on campus, 'cause I guess college can be stressful, especially Tech, which has the highest amount of suicides over a 10-year period or so of any university.

Crazy stuff, but life has otherwise been normal at our school for a while now.
